With the rapid development of society and the accelerated pace of life,irregular and high-purine eating habits make more and more people suffering from hyperuricemia and gout,so it is more and more urgent to find drugs to reduce uric acid and treat hyperuricemia.Clerodendranthus spicatus of labiology is a traditional Chinese medicine with good effect of reducing uric acid in ethnic medicine.Through thousands of years of m e d i c i n a l pr a c t i c e o f D a i n a t i o n a l i t y,i t h a s b e e n p r o v e d t h a t c l e r o d e n d r a n t h u s s p i c a t u s h a s t h e e f f e c t o f e x p e l l i n g g o u t,anti-inflammation,treating gout and reducing serum uric acid.used in the treatment of hyperuricemia,gout,urinary calculi and other diseases.However,the quality standard of clerodendranthus spicatus is old,which can not meet the development and utilization of kidney tea,and there are few studies on the compounds that can represent the quality of kidney tea,so this experiment studies the chemical constituents of methanol extract of clerodendranthus spicatus.A variety of modern chromatographic separation techniques were used to further excavate the chemical components of clerodendranthus spicatus,and the structure of the compound was analyzed by HRESIMS,1H NMR,13C NMR,2D-NMR and so on.A total of 22compounds were isolated from kidney tea,including Rosmarinic acid(1),5,6,7,4′-Tetramethoxy flavone(2),Astragaloside(3),Benzoic acid(4),5,7-Dihydroxy-6,4′-dimethoxy flavone(5),6,5,4′-Trihydroxy-7-methoxy flavone(6),Adenoside(7),4-Hydroxy-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucoside(8),M e t h y l r o s m a r i n a t e(9),S y r i n g i n(1 0),R o s e o s i d e(11),6,7,8,3′,4′-Pentamethoxy flavone(12),Nocitinamide(13),Eupatorin(14),3′-Hydroxy-5,7,8,4′-tetramethoxy flavone(15),Eupatilin(16),Sacidumol B(1 7),C o m p o u n d 1 8(1 8),2-H y d r o x y-5-(2-h y d r o x y e t h y l)p h e n y l-β-D-glucopyranoside(19),2-Methoxyhydroquin-4-O-β-D-glucoside(20),Markhamioside F(21),1-O-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)-β-D-glucoside(22).Conclusion:The compounds involve flavonoids,phenylpropanoids and glycosides,among which compounds 8,10,11,17,19,20,21 and 22 are isolates from kidney tea for the first time.At the same time,a preliminary c y t o t o x i c i t y t e s t w a s c o n d u c t e d f o r s o m e o f t h e c o m p o u n d s.
