Research On Logistics Material Support Of County Medical Community In Wenzhou Under Public Health Emergencies

In late 2019,the novel coronavirus(COVID-19)quietly spread in Wuhan and became a large-scale infectious disease epidemic in China.Under the strong leadership of the CPC Central Committee and The State Council,China gave full play to its institutional advantages and mobilized medical and health resources across the country.By March 2023,the epidemic had leveled off.However,at the same time,with the change of seasons,norovirus and swine flu have been threatening again recently.The prevention of the novel coronavirus epidemic for more than three years has seriously affected the economic development and people’s life in Wenzhou,as well as the normal operation of various medical institutions in Wenzhou.In recent years,various public health emergencies have occurred frequently.It is urgent to strengthen the research on logistics support of Wenzhou county medical community.To this end,the author conducted a survey on the status quo of logistic support capacity of the county-level medical community units in Wenzhou through literature research,interview,questionnaire and comparative research,analyzed the problems existing in the logistic material support capacity of the county-level medical community units in Wenzhou,and explored solutions to improve the logistic material support capacity of the county-level medical community units in Wenzhou under public health emergencies.This paper puts forward effective methods to solve the shortage of logistic material support capacity of county-level medical community units in Wenzhou from the aspects of state,society,government and staff,and provides effective reasonable suggestions for the construction of logistic material support system of county-level medical community units in Wenzhou.In order to put forward countermeasures for the construction of emergency management capacity of county hospitals under public health emergencies through this study,and provide reference for the theory and experience of logistics support management of medical units at county level.
