Study On The Medication Regularity Of Professor Liu Yanjing In Treating Stomach Distension Based On Data Mining

Objective: Based on the technology of data mining,this topic uses the early and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.3.5)software to systematically investigate cases of stomach distention treated by Professor Liu Yanjing,and to analyze the rules of prescription and medication,so as to better inherit and carry forward Professor Liu Yanjing ’s experience in the treatment of stomach distention and related academic reflections,and to provide some reference and benchmark for future TCM treatment and research of stomach distention.Methods: Collect the data of stomach distension cases diagnosed and treated by Professor Liu Yanjing from May 2021 to August 2022,sort out the basic information of the included cases,the information of four diagnoses of traditional Chinese medicine,the prescription of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.,establish the corresponding database of stomach distension disease,and carry out statistical analysis on the database by using the functions of statistical analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and complex network analysis in the cloud platform of ancient and modern medical cases.To explore the related drug use rules of professor Liu Yanjing in the treatment of stomach distension.Results:1.A total of 301 cases were included in this study.Using the statistical results from the platform,the number of patients with stomach distension was found to be more female than male,representing 59.47% of the total number of women.The age of onset of distension of the stomach was predominantly 30～69 years,and the most common age was30～39 years,representing 27.24% of the total population.2.The top 10 symptoms of gastric distension were distension of stomach,anorexia,acid regurgitation,heartburn,dry mouth,poor sleep,yellow urine,loose stool,postprandial fullness,hiccup.In this study,the tongue images of gastric ruff patients were mainly light red tongue and thin white coating,and the pulse images were mainly pulse-sinking,pulse-slipping.In this study,the most common types of stomach distension syndrome were cold-heat mixed syndrome,liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.3.This study involved 139 traditional Chinese medicines,and the top 20 drugs in frequency were as follows: ginger processed pinellia tuber,honey-fried licorice root,Chinese thorowax root,coptis root,charred hawthorn fruit,fried largehead atractylodes rhizome,Indian buead,tangerine peel,pilose asiabell root,charred malt.Statistics show that the four properties are mostly warm herbs,mild herbs and slightly cold herbs.Most of the five flavors are sweet,pungent,and bitter.Tropical meridians penetrate the spleen,stomach,lung,and liver.4.Six core group of Chinese herbs were obtain by cluster analysis:(1)Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Scutellariae;(2)Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata and Radix Codonopsis;(3)pinellia tubercle and root of bupleurum treated with Ginger;(4)Parched white atractylodes rhizome,tuckahoe,and tangerine peel;(5)Coke Massa Medicata Fermentata,Coke Hawthorn,Coke Malt;(6)Radix Aucklandiae,Radix,and Rhizoma Rhei,as well as Cortex Magnoliae Officinalis.5.Through association analysis,9 pairs of high-frequency drug pairs were obtained for the treatment of stomach ruffian by Professor Liu Yanjing,which were: prepared licorice-ginger pinellia,bupleur-ginger pinellia,bupleur-prepared licorice,codonopsis-prepared licorice,Tangerine peel-prepared licorice,Poria-prepared licorice,Tangerine peel-Tuckahoe,codonopsis-ginger pinellia,and burnt malt-burnt hawthorn.Through complex network analysis,the core ingredients of the treatment of gastric ruffian disease were ginger processed pinellia tuber,bupleurum root,coptis root,honey-fried licorice root,tangerine peel,scutellaria root,poria cocos,parched white atractylodes rhizome,pilose asiabell root,aucklandia root.Conclusion: Professor LIU Yan-jing believes that the stomach fullness is caused by the weakness of the spleen and stomach,emotional disorder or improper diet.Its clinical drugs have the effects of invigorating the spleen,harmonizing the stomach,soothing the liver,tonifying qi,clearing heat and drying dampness.The treatment emphasizes the pungent opening and bitter descending,cold and heat regulation,regulating the spleen and stomach,soothing the liver and emphasizing the spiritual regulation of diet.The clinical diagnosis and treatment of the tutor pays attention to the diagnosis and treatment based on symptoms and signs,the prescription is rigorous,and the compatibility is flexible,which is worth learning.
