Study On The Correlation Between The Degree Of Coronary Lesions And The Distribution Width Of Red Blood Cells And TCM Syndrome Elements

Objective:By collecting the coronary angiogra Phy results,RDW level and TCM syndrome elements of hos Pitalized Patients,the Patients were grou Ped into different degrees of coronary lesions according to the angiogra Phy results,and the correlation between the degree of coronary lesions,RDW level and TCM syndrome elements was analyzed,and the Possibility of Predicting the degree of coronary lesions by RDW level and TCM syndrome elements was further discussed.Methods:Based on the results of coronary angiogra Phy,335 Patients were divided into three different grou Ps: Gensini score grou P,coronary artery disease number grou P and coronary heart disease or not grou P.SPSS26.0 was used to analyze RDW level,distribution of TCM syndrome elements in each grou P and their correlation.Results:(1)RDW was Positively correlated with Gensini integral,and the Gensini integral increased with the increase of RDW,and the correlation coefficients were r=0.232(P <0.001)and r=0.190(P < 0.001),res Pectively.(2)RDW-CV was an inde Pendent Predictor of coronary heart disease [OR=2.103,95%CI(1.187,3.726),P=0.011 < 0.05)],and the risk increased by 2.103% for every 1 unit increase in RDW-CV.(3)The area under the RDW-CV curve was 0.631,the 95% confidence interval(0.546,0.716),and the RDW-CV cutoff value was 12.35%,which could be used as the threshold for coronary heart disease.The sensitivity was 74%,the s Pecificity was 46.5%,and the Yoden index was 0.205.(4)Gensini score was Positively correlated with syndrome elements blood stasis and Phlegm(P=0.000 < 0.01).Gensini score was correlated with syndrome elements blood stasis [OR=1.016,95%CI(1.007,1.024)],Phlegm [OR=1.008,95%CI(1.000,1.015),P=0.036 < 0.05)] were inde Pendent risk factors.Conclusion:(1)The degree of coronary lesions was Positively correlated with the level of RDW,and the higher the level of RDW,the more serious the degree of coronary lesions.(2)RDW-CV may be an inde Pendent Predictor of coronary heart disease.For every 1unit increase in RDW-CV,the risk increased by 2.103%.(3)RDW-CV may be used as a threshold for coronary heart disease within the range of cases in this study.(4)Gensini score had a significant Positive correlation with syndrome elements blood stasis and s Putum.With the aggravation of coronary artery lesions,the Probability of diagnosis of blood stasis and s Putum increased.
