Objective: Based on the theory of "simultaneous treatment of phlegm and blood stasis",through the comparison between the self-designed Prescription of phlegm and blood stasis prescription and the control group,to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of phlegm and blood stasis prescription in the treatment of overweight/obesity people with impaired glucose tolerance. To provide ideas and reference for TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome in overweight/obesity people with Impaired glucose tolerance. Methods: A prospective randomized controlled study method was used to collect 72overweight/obesity patients with Impaired glucose tolerance phlegm-dampness and blood stasis syndrome were collected from the outpatient department. It was randomly divided into36 cases of treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with basic treatment-general lifestyle intervention, and the treatment group was combined with prescription of phlegm-stasis on the basis of the control group. The treatment period was 12 weeks.Statistical analysis of the observation indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment was performed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of prescription of phlegm-stasis.Results: 1.Efficacy of TCM syndrome:After 12 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate was 75.8% in the treatment group and 38.7% in the control group. The treatment group had obvious advantages over the control group in improving the symptoms of "body obesity, abdominal enlargement, abdominal distension, fatigue, chest tightness, loose stool, light and tasteless mouth or sticky greasy"(P<0.05).2.Obesity-related indicators:After treatment, patients improved in weight,BMI,waist circumference, hip circumference,waist-hip ratio, with statistical differences(P < 0.01);After treatment,inter-group comparison between the two groups showed statistically significant differences in body weight,BMI,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio(P< 0.05),suggesting that the treatment group had advantages over the control group in improving body weight,BMI,waist circumference and waist-to-hip ratio.3.Clinical observation index:There were statistical differences in FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,HOMA-IR,TG and HDL-C between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, there were statistically significant differences in FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and HDL-C between the two groups(P <0.05).It is suggested that the treatment group is effective in the treatment of FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and HDL-C,and has obvious advantages over the control group.4.Safety indicators: No obvious adverse reactions were observed during the test, and no abnormalities were observed in blood and urine routine and liver and kidney function. Conclusion: The prescription of phlegm-stasis can improve the clinical symptoms of overweight/obese patients with Impaired glucose tolerance syndrome of phlegm-dampness stasis, reduce body weight,BMI and WHR,control blood glucose and blood lipids to a certain extent, reduce insulin resistance, and is safe.Which provides a new clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of prediabetes by traditional Chinese medicine.
