| Objective:(1)To observe the clinical efficacy of Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome, and to probe into the clinical efficacy of Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome;(2)By observing the clinical efficacy of Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment and conventional acupuncture treatment of this disease,to confirm the clinical efficacy of Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture treatment of this disease,so as to provide an effective treatment method for the clinical treatment of patients with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Methods: 72 patients with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine and the Third Clinical Hospital of Changchun University of Chinese Medicine have been randomly separated two groups: 36 patients in the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group has been treated with Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture, while the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Patients in each group has been treated for 5 days a week and rested for 2 days for 2 consecutive weeks. This has been a course of treatment, and patients in both groups were treated for 2 courses of treatment. Before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment,VAS visual simulation score,Levine carpal tunnel syndrome questionnaire score and positive rate of induction test were performed to determine the symptoms of patients before and after treatment and whether there were adverse reactions.Data have been then collected for analysis and comparison to compare the clinical effects between the two groups. Results: 1.Comparison before treatment: there was no statistical difference in the basic data between the treatment group and the control group. Before treatment,VAS,evoked test positive rate and Levine score test had no significant differences between the two groups(P>0.05),is comparable.2.Comparison of curative effect: After 2 courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.89%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.56%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.VAS score: Compared with before treatment, after 4 weeks of treatment, the scores of both groups were improved(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment, the treatment group was more effective than the control group(P<0.05).4.Positive rate of induction test: The scores of both groups were better after 4 weeks of treatment than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant. After 4weeks of treatment, the score of the two groups increased significantly in the treatment group compared with the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Levine score: Compared with before treatment, the score of patients in the treatment group after treatment was higher than that before treatment, which was statistically significant; The score of control group was higher after treatment than before treatment, which was statistically significant. After 4 weeks of treatment, the score of the treatment group increased significantly more than that of the control group, indicating that the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture and conventional acupuncture have a good effect on mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome;2.Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture has better efficacy than conventional acupuncture in treating mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome;3.Hegu acupuncture combined with electroacupuncture in the treatment of mild and moderate carpal tunnel syndrome has good efficacy, high safety, worthy of clinical promotion. |
