Object:This study used cross-sectional survey to analyze the distribution and clustering characteristics of Ideal Cardiovascular Health(ideal CVH)among rural residents in southern Xinjiang. This study explores the ideal cardiovascular health index reaching mode suitable for southern Xinjiang population, and provides reference for the development of targeted cardiovascular disease prevention and control measures for residents in southern Xinjiang. Methods:In this study, the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps(located in Kashgar area)was first selected by using the method of typical sampling, and then the 51 Regiment of the Third Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps was selected by group random sampling. In this regiment,2,6,8,11,12 and 13 companies were randomly investigated.A total of 7850 permanent residents aged ≥18years in this area in 2020 were selected as the research objects.Excluding 451 persons with incomplete basic information and 645 persons with incomplete ideal cardiovascular health indicators,a total of 6754 persons were included in the study.Participants were surveyed based on the American Heart Association(AHA)definition of ideal indicators of cardiovascular health, including questionnaires, physical examinations, and laboratory tests.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the correlation between single ideal CVH index, the number of ideal CVH index and the ideal Cardiovascular health score and Cardiovascular Disease(CVD).Aggregation analysis was performed for the maximum number of ideal cardiovascular indicators.Identify patterns of compliance that reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.Results:1.In this study,14.1% of people in the rural areas of South Xinjiang suffered from cardiovascular diseases,8.3% suffered from coronary heart diseases, and 7.3% suffered from strokes. The number of rural residents in South Xinjiang with seven ideal CVH indicators was the lowest at 0.1%,and the number of people with four ideal CVH indicators was the highest at 27.4%.Women and the people aged 18-59 years had better cardiovascular health(P < 0.001).Aggregation analysis of the four ideal CVH indicators with the highest aggregation rate revealed that the ideal smoking + physical activity + TC + FPG pattern had a higher aggregation rate of ideal CVH indicators(7.7% of the total population).2.Multivariate analysis found that BMI,physical activity, blood pressure and healthy diet reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease by 34%,46%,34% and 43%,respectively,under ideal conditions. Each additional increase in the number of ideal CVH indicators was associated with a 23%(OR=0.77,95% CI:0.72-0.82)and each additional point was associated with a 17%(OR=0.83,95% CI: 0.80-0.86)reduction in the risk of cardiovascular disease among rural residents in South Xinjiang.3.The ideal smoking status + physical activity + blood pressure +FPG aggregation pattern reduced the risk of cardiovascular disease by 50%(OR=0.50,95%CI:0.27-0.93).Conclusion:1.In this study, the ideal condition of cardiovascular health of rural residents in southern Xinjiang is poor, especially the male and the elderly should be taken as the focus of attention. The number of people with four ideal cardiovascular health indicators was the largest, and the ideal smoking + physical activity+TC+FPG pattern had the highest aggregation rate.2.The ideal smoking status+physical activity+blood pressure+FPG aggregation mode has the strongest effect on reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease of rural residents in southern Xinjiang.Strengthening physical exercise and controlling blood pressure are effective measures for residents in rural areas of southern Xinjiang. |
