| Object:To evaluate the efficacy of Electro-Optical Synergy in the treatment of at rophy scar and post-acne erythema after acne,and to compare the efficacy diff erences of the treatment of short and long pulse width mode,observe adverse reactions,follow up the degree of self-improvement and satisfaction scores of patients,Thus,it can be used as a basis for selecting therapeutic methods for patients with post-acne disease.Method:The study subjects were 26 patients with acne erythema combined with or without atrophic scar who visited the dermatology clinic of the First Affiliated Hospital of Dali University from January 2022 to January 2023.Demographic data(name,sex,age,occupation,ethnicity),clinical data(initial onset time of acne,course of acne,previous treatment,post-acne atrophic scar and course of erythema),and mental health status(anxiety score and depression score)were investigated by questionnaire.All enrolled patients were treated by photoelectric collaborative technology,long pulse width mode was adopted on the left face,short pulse width mode was adopted on the right face,and other parameters were consistent on both sides,radiofrequency energy was 18-20J/cm2,light energy was 16-18J/cm2,and pulse repetition rate was 1Hz.The spot size was 12 × 25 mm,and the cooling temperature of the treatment head was 7.5℃.A total of 2 treatments were performed,1 month apart.VISIA photos were taken before treatment and 1 month after treatment to record VISIA red areas,brown spots,wrinkles,texture,pores,surface spots,ultraviolet spots,purple matter scores,to evaluate acne scar ECCA weight score,post-acne erythematous count,and severity of tetrachromatous erythematous,and to follow up the occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment.Patients were visited 1month after the second treatment The curative effect and satisfaction were evaluated.SPSS 26.0 was used for data collection,processing and analysis.Results:1.Of these 26 cases,20 were females and 6 were males,with a gender ratio of0.3:1.The highest age was 37,the lowest was 16,and the mean was 25.08(± 5.578).2.The onset time of acne in the 26 patients was the highest between 15 and 19 years old,with an average of 18.04(±4.911)years old.The mean course of disease was 7.00(±5.337)years,5 cases(19.23%)were treated regularly during acne,21cases(80.77%)were not treated regularly.The mean duration of abnormal pigmentation in 26 patients was 4.23(±2.717)months.Among the 26 patients,22 were complicated with atrophic scar,accounting for 84.2%.The average time of acne scar formation was 5.77(±2.959)months.3.26 patients had an average SAS anxiety score of 39.50(±1.767),three of the patients had mild anxiety,and the others were not anxious.The mean PHQ-9depression score was 2.92(± 3.149).18 patients had no depression,6 had mild depression,2 had moderate depression,and no severe depression.4.The ECCA score of the two sides of ice pick and box type was lower than that before treatment(P > 0.05).The roll ECCA scores on both sides were significantly lower after treatment(P < 0.05).The difference between the two sides of SSRI was menaingless(P > 0.05).The severity of the red spot on both sides was significantly reduced after treatment(P < 0.05);No statistically significant difference was found between the severity of erythema tetraceae before and after treatment(P > 0.05),and no statistical significance was found with respect to the degree of improvement in severity of erythema tetraceae(P > 0.05).After treatment,the number of red spots on the two sides was significantly reduced(P < 0.05),but the difference between the two groups in the efficacy index of erythema was meaningless(P > 0.05).After treatment,condition of the VISIA red area,brown spot,texture,pore,surface spot and purple score on both sides got better(P < 0.05).After treatment,the change of VISIA wrinkles and UV spots on both sides were menaingless(P > 0.05).5.The average VAS pain score during treatment was 2.04(±1.280).Five patients still felt pain after the end of treatment,with an average duration of 2.80(±2.683)hours,and 21 patients felt pain disappeared after the end of treatment,only burning sensation.Transient erythema occurred in 14 patients,with a mean duration of 22.11(±25.169)hours.Dry desquamation occurred in 4 patients.6.In the self-assessment of patients,the 22 patients with acne scar showed an average improvement of 36.43%,post-acne erythema was improved by 56.15%,pores by 25.38%,wrinkles by 16.92%,skin quality by 43.46% and skin color by 41.92% on average.For the overall improvement effect,the total satisfaction is 100%.Conclusion:1.Skin lesions after acne can cause mild to moderate anxiety and depression in some patients.2.The Electro-Optical Synergy can effectively treat the atrophic scar after acne and post-acne erythema,and also improve post-inflammatory hyperpigm entation,the skin texture,pore,skin color and skin quality.The main adverse re actions are mild pain during treatment and temporary erythema after treatment.3.Long pulse width and short pulse width were used in the treatment of post-acne erythema,and there was no difference in efficacy. |
