At present,the hospital self-service information system has been widely used in domestic municipal and county-level hospitals and community clinics to improve the efficiency of medical treatment.It can help patients complete tasks such as department navigation,appointment with a diagnostic doctor,confirmation of medical treatment time,and payment after medical treatment.Although they are widely used,there are few researches on humancomputer interaction evaluation of such systems by scholars at home and abroad.The existing human-computer interaction evaluation research has the problem of incomplete evaluation process.In the human-computer interaction evaluation,the human-computer interface optimization strategy is obtained according to the evaluation results to guide the optimization scheme.There is a lack of optimization verification and secondary evaluation of the evaluation plan.The research on screening schemes in interaction evaluation should point out which interaction problems in the interface affect and how they affect the user’s interaction experience.Furthermore,a key topic in current human-computer interaction research is how to better understand users’ psychological characteristics to guide digital interface design practices to facilitate effective cognitive control.In order to improve the human-computer interaction evaluation process and promote more effective interface iteration,this thesis combines the cognitive load theory into the human-computer interaction evaluation research,and proposes an evaluation method for hospital self-service interface human-computer interaction based on cognitive load.When defining usability issues that affect user interaction experience,explain the cognitive process of user interaction to promote effective interface optimization.After interface iteration,use cognitive load measurement related techniques to conduct a second evaluation of the iterative scheme to verify it.At the same time,this thesis takes the digital interface of hospital self-service equipment as the research object,enriches the research object of human-computer interaction evaluation research,and helps people seek medical treatment quickly and effectively.This thesis takes the digital interface of hospital self-service equipment as the research object,proposes a human-computer interaction evaluation method based on cognitive load theory,and conducts design optimization and human-computer interaction evaluation research on the digital interface of hospital self-service equipment.First,a systematic review of academic research on cognitive load and human-computer interaction is carried out by collating and analyzing relevant literature.From the three dimensions of cognitive load causes,optimization strategies and measurement methods,the research on human-computer interaction based on cognitive load is systematically analyzed,and each dimension is discussed in detail.Secondly,a human-computer interaction evaluation method based on cognitive load is proposed.The research method consists of two parts: a heuristic evaluation method based on cognitive load and a comprehensive measurement method of cognitive load combining subjective and objective methods.For the heuristic evaluation method based on cognitive load,firstly,the traditional heuristic evaluation principles are re-summarized,clustered,and compiled;secondly,the mapping relationship between different types of cognitive load and the recompiled heuristic principles is established;finally,the rationality of the heuristic principle based on cognitive load is verified.For the subjective and objective mixed cognitive load measurement method,eye tracking and NASA-TLX cognitive load self-report questionnaire were selected.Finally,based on the human-computer interaction evaluation method based on cognitive load proposed above,the application research is carried out by taking the serial registration digital interface of Xuzhou First People’s Hospital as an example.The results show that cognitive load-based heuristic assessment methods can identify usability problems in many digital interfaces,and that the differentiated concept of cognitive load(internal,external,and germane cognitive load),measurement methods and their optimization strategies can reveal user The thinking and decision-making process during interaction helps designers better iterate the interface.The human-computer interaction evaluation experiment of the hospital self-service interface based on the subjective and objective cognitive load measurement also revealed the optimized control group,the performance of the physiological indicators of pupil diameter,fixation time,saccade time and the subjective overall cognitive load report value of the subjects All are significantly better than the relevant data of the experimental group,which well verifies the effectiveness of the proposed human-computer interaction evaluation method based on cognitive load.
