Investigation And Study On Medicinal Plant Resources In Yang Ling District,Shaanxi Province

The census of medicinal plant resources is the most important work basis for grasping the current situation of medicinal plant resources,formulating reasonable plans for the development and protection of medicinal plants,and achieving their sustainable utilization.Yangling District,as a high-tech agricultural zone in China,has undergone changes in its ecological environment and medicinal plant resources with the continuous advancement of urbanization.This study relied on the fourth national survey platform of traditional Chinese medicine resources to investigate and study the medicinal plant resources in Yangling District,Shaanxi Province.This study conducted the survey of wild medicinal plants in Yangling District adopting the quadrat and line method,using 3S technology to determine the quadrat and line,and analyzed the diversity of wild medicinal plants,family and genus diversity,life forms,floristic composition,endangered species,and the performance of traditional Chinese medicine;Conducted statistics and analysis on the varieties and areas of cultivated medicinal plants through interviews and surveys;Using the combination of questionnaires and interviews to analyze the mainstream varieties,current status of enterprises in the traditional Chinese medicine market and traditional Chinese medicine knowledge in Yangling District;Predicted the suitable growth areas of the Shaanxi characteristic medicinal plant Astragalus complanatus under different climate models in China taking The MaxEnt model and analyzed whether the Yangling District is suitable for large-scale cultivation of this medicinal plant.The research results are as follows:1.Wild medicinal plants in Yangling District:(1)Diversity of wild medicinal plants:324 species of medicinal plants,belonging to 86 families,239 genera;(2)Diversity of families,genera,and species: Analysis of intrafamily genera indicates that oligogeneric families have the most advantages,analysis of intrafamily species indicates that there are dominant families,and analysis of intrageneric species indicates that there are dominant genera;(3)Lifestyle: Herbs>Trees>Shrubs>Vines,with a certain proportion,and rich community types.(4)Endangered species: 14 species of rare and endangered plants at the national and provincial levels,32 species of key protected plants at the national and provincial levels,and 4 species of key wild protected medicinal materials at the national level;(5)Performance of traditional Chinese medicine: rich in medicinal parts,complete in efficacy and flavor types,and 59 kinds of toxic medicinal plants.2.There are 13 pharmaceutical plant cultivation enterprises and cooperatives in Yangling District,with 18 cultivation varieties and an area of 99.25 square hectares.3.Yangling District does not have a large-scale wholesale acquisition market for traditional Chinese medicine,but there are a large number of pharmaceutical enterprises,pharmacies and hospitals in the region.There are 445 varieties of traditional Chinese medicine slices in circulation on the market.4.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional knowledge,Yangling District has a list of intangible cultural heritage projects related to traditional Chinese medicine and traditional knowledge,2 famous traditional Chinese doctors in the district.11 folk proven and unilateral prescriptions have been collected.5.The MaxEnt model has predicted the suitable growth areas of the medicinal plant Astragalus complanatus in China,and the results shows that Yangling District is located in a medium to high suitability area,suitable for the introduction of a large number of this medicinal plant.The study has shown that Yangling District in Shaanxi Province is rich in medicinal plant resources.The destruction of wild medicinal plants is serious.It is necessary to strengthen protection and utilization,play government functions,strengthen supervision and establish a wild medicinal botanical garden.Although there are many types of cultivated medicinal plants,their scale is small,and the cultivation techniques need to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to increase the cultivation scale,establish a GAP base for traditional Chinese medicine,increase the utilization rate of local cultivated land.There is no large-scale wholesale market for traditional Chinese medicine in this area,so it is necessary to rely on local advantages to build a first-class comprehensive market for traditional Chinese medicine in the province.The protection of traditional Chinese medicine knowledge should be strengthened,and declaration should be encouraged to benefit holders and inheritors.This paper can provide theoretical basis for the protection,cultivation,market and cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine in Yangling District,Shaanxi Province.Ultimately,it will provide scientific basis for the development of the traditional Chinese medicine health industry in Yangling District,Shaanxi Province.
