| Objective:In the study,we observed the effect of rosastat and recombinant human erythropoietin on treating renal anemia and the effect on blood pressure and ventricular remodeling in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods:60 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients from April 2020 to April 2021 in the hemodialysis purification room of Ganzhou Municipal Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical College were selected.Inclusion criteria: 1.Newly-diagnosed uremia patients with maintenance hemodialysis(hemodialysis 3 times/week,4h/time);2.conform the criteria for diagnosis of renal anemia;3.renal anemia was dignosed a 2 Ages from 18 to 65;4.Hemogloseverely bin 60-90g/L,Hct<25%;5.Iron,vitamin B12 and folic acid were normal;Exclusion criteria: 1 patients with infection 2 patients with active bleeding;3.patients with mental disorders;4.Patients with malignant tumors;5.Patients with serious heart and liver diseases;6.Severe malnutrition;7.Incomplete clinical data.There were 30 cases in each group.We observed 6 months.Record the baseline data of all included patients,including age,gender,etiology of uremia,smoking history,drinking history,history of diabetes,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein(CRP),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(CR),triglyceride(TG),parathyroid hormone(PTH),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),potassium(K),etc.The main contents of the follow-up included changes in hemoglobin,hematocrit,blood pressure,NT-pro BNP cardiac color Doppler measurement: left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVDS),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVDD),EF value,and left atrial diameter(LAD)6 months after treatment.And the effect and safety analysis are carried out.Results:Before drug treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in general information(age,gender,etiology of uremia,smoking history,drinking history,history of diabetes,white blood cell count,C-reactive protein(CRP),albumin(ALB),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),creatinine(CR),triglyceride(TG),parathyroid hormone(PTH),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P),potassium(K)),etc.(p>0.05);There was no significant difference in hemoglobin,hematocrit,blood pressure,cardiac morphology and cardiac function between the two groups before treatment(p>0.05).Thestudy was comparable.Comparison of hemoglobin and hematocrit between the two groups: compared with the two groups before and after treatment,hemoglobin and hematocrit increased significantly(p<0.05);There was no significant difference between the two groups in hemoglobin and hematocrit after treatment(p>0.05).Compared with the two groups after treatment,the systolic blood pressure in the treatment group decreased significantly after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference indiastolic blood pressure(p>0.05).Comparison of cardiac morphology between the two groups: comparison of LAD,LVDS and LVDL between the two groups: comparison of LAD,LVDS and LVDL between the two groups before and after treatment showed that LAD,LVDS and LVDL were significantly lower than those before treatment(p<0.05);After treatment,LAD,LVDS and LVDL in the treatment group decreased significantly(p<0.05).Comparison of cardiac function between the two groups.Comparison of NT-pro BNP and EF value of patients: NT-pro BNP decreased and EF value increased significantly in the two groups before and after treatment(p<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in NT-pro BNP and EF values aftertreatment(p>0.05). |
