| Objective:By comparing the changes of liver function and blood lipids in patients with NAFLD,comparing the efficacy of NASH risk groups with different FAST scores, and comparing the predictive effect of FAST score and Fibro Scan on the efficacy of liver protection therapy in patients with NAFLD.Methods:A retrospective study was conducted to collect 50 patients with NAFLD diagnosed in *outpatient clinic from January 2022 to December 2022.The changes of liver function and blood lipids after one month of liver protection treatment with silybin were compared. The Fibro Scan results and AST of the patients were brought into the calculation formula of FAST score.According to the difference of FAST score, the patients were divided into NASH low risk group(FAST score ≤0.35)and NASH medium and high risk group(FAST score > 0.35).The changes of liver function and blood lipids in NASH risk group with different FAST scores were compared after liver protection treatment. The patients with NAFLD were divided into groups according to the changes of liver function and blood lipids after liver protection therapy, and the predictive effects of FAST score and Fibro Scan test results(LSM,CAP)on the short-termefficacy of liverprotection therapy in patients with NAFLD werecompared.Results:1.ALT and AST of NAFLD patients before and after short-term liver protection treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, while GGT,TC,TG and HDL hadno significant difference beforeand aftertreatment.2.The changes of liver function and blood lipid indexes before and after self-treatment were compared between the low risk group and the middle and high risk group according to FAST score. There was no significant difference in liver function(ALT,AST,GGT)and blood lipids(TC,TG,HDL)in the low risk group before and after treatment. The levels of ALT,AST and TC in the middle and high risk group after treatment were significantly lower than those beforetreatment, but there was no significant difference in GGT,TG and HDL.3.The FAST score was correlated with the efficacy of liver protection therapy in NAFLD(OR=2.912,95%CI 1.398-6.067,P < 0.05.The LSM in Fibro Scan was correlated with the liver function change in NAFLD(OR=0.457,95%CI 0.243-0.862,P< 0.862).There was no correlation between CAPin Fibro Scan and liver function change in NAFLD.FAST score has a certain predictive value(AUC=0.67)for the efficacy of short-term hepatoprotective therapy in NAFLD(AUC=0.67),while the results of Fibro Scan(LSM,CAP)and FAST score are not correlated with theefficacy of hepatoprotectivetherapy in NAFLD(blood lipid changes).Conclusion:1.Silibinin can improve the liver function of patients with NAFLD.The grouping of NASH risk degree according to FAST score can evaluate the prognosis of NAFLD hepatoprotectivetherapy.2.FAST score is more predictive than Fibro Scan in predicting the short-term efficacy of NAFLD hepatoprotective therapy. |
