Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat industrial chain is developing rapidly.However,diseases and pests appear very frequently during planting and production.The average farmer in general has little awareness of plant protection.These practices make this pesticide residue overload of herbs occur very frequently.These practices will affect the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.In this study,the detection method for pesticide residues was established based on the first investigation.Then,the use of blockchain technology to establish a pesticide residue traceability system.The purpose of building this system is to standardize the growing process and facilitate management and supervision.This research lays the foundation for greater use of pesticide residue traceability systems.The results were as follows:Research on the main pests and pesticide use in Tongxiang City.The results showed that there were 40 species of diseases and 52 species of insect pests.There are seven products that can be used as pesticides in Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat registered in China.The GC method was constructed for the detection of pesticide residues in hanging based on pesticide use.The linear relationship of each pesticide residue was good(R~2>0.99)in their respective concentration range.The recoveries of most pesticides were between 91.6%to 117.7%at 3 spoked levels,with the relative standard deviations(RSD)from 0.2%to 9.6%.The accuracy and feasibility were demonstrated by methodological validation.The established assay was applied practically to monitor the dynamics of pesticide degradation on the plant from spraying to sale.Data support for the establishment of a quality tracking and traceability system will be provided.The pesticide residue traceability system was designed based on blockchain technology.Pesticide residue traceability system was established,including the entire process from planting,management,harvesting,processing,to distribution The results show that this system can guide farmers in their work and raise their awareness of quality and safety.This system reduces the cost of access to information for regulators.The system helps consumers to get more comprehensive,secure and transparent information,which enhances their trust.
