Since the global COVID-19,the demand of the masses for telemedicine services has been growing.Public medical institutions have taken how to improve their telemedicine capabilities as a major topic of current research.Medical institutions actively seek ways to improve telemedicine services when policy factors and social environment factors change through the allocation of their own medical resources,and explore ways to ensure that hospitals A way to enhance the hospital’s remote medical service capabilities based on the interests of doctors and patients.This article takes Shenzhen A People’s Hospital as the research object,using public choice theory and word cloud analysis to study the direction of remote medical capacity improvement under the guidance of public medical policies.Through service quality evaluation theory,the current problems of remote medical services are explored,and 25 influencing factors are selected for empirical analysis based on the principles of easy access and quantification.A remote medical service capacity improvement model is established based on the SERVQUAL model,Analyze and study the specific impact of various factors on the total number of visits under pressure scenarios,in order to simplify the model for improving remote medical service capabilities and provide countermeasures and suggestions.Measures to optimize the hospital’s remote medical service capabilities include:improving remote consultation policies and regulations,establishing an online medical service platform,closely communicating between doctors and patients,establishing a management mechanism that is compatible with incentives and constraints,and collaborating with multiple parties to improve their own services and management capabilities.Research has shown that the improvement of remote medical services’ capabilities from the perspectives of hospitals,doctors,and patients is mainly influenced by many factors,including the hospital’s promotion,experts’ technical capabilities,and the hospital’s level of attention,all of which have a significant impact on the total number of visits to remote medical services.
