With the increase of urban population and the repeated occurrence of COVID-19 in recent years,the demand for medical emergency resources in Chinese cities is also rising,and the per capita number of ambulance calls has also increased.Compared with advanced countries,the overall service level of medical evacuation of the wounded in China still needs to be improved.The efficiency of medical evacuation is the evaluation standard of urban medical level.In order to improve the efficiency of urban medical evacuation,it is necessary to carry out targeted research in two aspects of evacuation resource allocation and evacuation path planning.Based on the above considerations,this paper carries out the following research work:(1)Medical evacuation process analysis: For the medical evacuation of the wounded at the city level,the historical ambulance call data of the wounded and the reasonable operation data of the wounded when a large-scale disaster occurred were investigated,the complexity of the urban medical evacuation,the emergency response process,the source of the wounded data and the allocation of medical resources were analyzed,and the specific process and item evaluation criteria of the urban medical evacuation simulation model were determined.(2)Medicine after medical care design and development modeling: On the basis of(1),multi-intelligent method methods are used to build urban medical care model,including wounded,after medical treatment,and data display three main parts: data display,and data display.,View the ambulance utilization rate and the post-delivery efficiency of the wounded through the data output of the simulation model,and select key parameters as an indicator for reliability testing to verify the reliability of the model.Statistical analysis,find out the key factors that affect the efficiency in the process,and lay the foundation for simulation optimization.(3)Modeling and optimization algorithm design of the ambulance path: In order to improve the efficiency of post-medical treatment and meet the actual logic needs,the mixed algorithm of the ambulance is calculated.First,the improved genetic algorithm is used.Use the improved manual potential field method to optimize the local path to avoid unexpected accidents and traffic jams.Finally,through simulation experiments on the hybrid algorithm,compared with the results of the simulation experiments,the hybrid algorithm is more in line with the simulation realistic requirements environment,and it can improve the post-delivery efficiency of the wounded.
