Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Hu Junai Hu Ying Disease By Massage Therapy With Monk’s Spray Wine

Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Montessori spray wine massage therapy in the treatment of Hujunai Huying disease;we provide a safe and effective treatment option for Hujunai Huying disease.Methods:Sixty patients who met the requirements and attended the orthopedic outpatient clinic of the Ximeng Mongolian Medical Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group(30cases)and control group(30 cases)according to the order of consultation.Treatment group:massage therapy with Mongolian medicine spraying wine 1 time/day for 7 days.Control group: oral administration of cervical rejuvenation granules 5g orally 2 times/day for 7 days.The clinical efficacy and safety were comprehensively measured by comparing the Yasuhisa Tanaka Scale before and after treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and the Northwick Park Neck Pain Scale(NPQ)before and after treatment,and one month after the end of treatment.All observed data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0.Results:In this study,the basic theory of Mongolian medicine was used as a guide to treat Hujunai Huying disease with the principle of opening the white veins and benefiting Qi and blood,and 23.3% of the patients were cured,40% were effective,30% were effective,and13.3% were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 93.3%.In the treatment of Hu Junai Hu Ying disease with neck rehabilitation granules,13.3% were cured,30% were effective,20%were effective,and 36.7% were ineffective,with a total effective rate of 63.3%.It shows that the effect of massage treatment with Mongolian medicine spray wine is remarkable.1.VAS values: there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It indicates that the effect of massage therapy with Montessori spray wine on pain relief of Hujunai Huying disease is significant.The difference in VAS scores after comparing the two groups of patients after 1 month of treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was more stable than the control group group,indicating that the efficacy of Mongolian medicine spray wine massage therapy was stable.2.NPQ values: there was a significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).That is,spray wine massage therapy and cervical rejuvenation granules both have the effect of relief,and the treatment group has more significant efficacy compared with the control group,and the efficacy of Montessori spray wine massage therapy is significant.Comparing the total NPQ scores of the two groups after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the treatment group improved NPQ scores better than the control group one month after treatment,indicating that the efficacy of the Montessori wine spray massage therapy was stable.3.Yasuhisa Tanaka values: The Yasuhisa Tanaka scale was used to assess cervical spine symptoms from four major aspects,namely,including symptoms,signs,hand function and work life,and the problem was not only the subjective feelings of patients,but the four signs could more accurately reflect the condition.There was a significant difference in the value of Yasuhisa Tanaka before and after treatment between the two groups(P<0.05).There is a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).That is,both spray wine massage therapy and cervical rejuvenation granules have the effect of relief,and the treatment group has more significant efficacy compared with the control group,and the efficacy of Montessori spray wine massage therapy is significant.4.Single-item comparison of NPQ: Independent sample t-test analysis of the NPQ scores in the treatment group of Mongolian medicine spray wine for Hujunai Huying disease compared with the control group had statistically significant differences in daily symptom duration,carrying objects,reading and watching TV,work chores and such,social activities,and driving,indicating that Mongolian medicine spray wine for Hujunai Huying disease had a significant alleviating effect on the above symptoms.5.single comparison of Yasuhisa Tanaka: independent sample t-test analysis of Montessori spray wine for Hujunai Huying disease treatment group compared with the control group,Tanaka scores in upper limb pain numbness,finger pain numbness,work,and intervertebral foraminal crush test were statistically different,indicating that Montessori spray wine for Hujunai Huying disease had a significant alleviating effect in the above areas.Conclusion:This study is guided by the basic theory of Mongolian medicine,using the principle of removing diseased blood,drying yellow water,benefiting qi and blood flow,and unblocking the white veins to treat Hujunai Huying disease with Mongolian medicine spray wine massage therapy has significant efficacy in relieving pain,daily symptom duration,carrying objects,reading and watching TV,work chores and such,social activities,driving,numbness of upper limbs and fingers,and intervertebral foramen crush test examination,etc.The efficacy is relatively stable It is worthy to be widely used in clinical practice for its high safety.From this,it is concluded that Mongolian medicine spray wine massage therapy in the treatment of Hujunai Huying disease has significant efficacy,simple operation,safety and reliability,economic and other characteristics,can be used as a clinical Hujunai Huying disease conservative treatment of patients to provide an effective treatment plan to many Hujunai Huying disease patients and clinicians.
