Study On The Present Situation And Promotion Strategies Of Jiangyin Rural Community Public Health Services

Rural community public health services have a significant impact on the health status and quality of life of rural residents.Good health services can timely detect and control diseases,provide timely medical assistance,reduce the risk of disease occurrence and transmission,and improve the health level of residents.At the same time,rural community public health services are also an important factor in promoting rural economic and social development,and healthy farmers can better participate in agricultural production and economic construction.In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to the development of public health services in rural communities.We have increased investment in health facilities in rural areas,constructed and renovated a number of township health centers and community health service centers,and improved the level of infrastructure.However,there are still many problems with rural community public health services in many places.On the one hand,the infrastructure in rural areas is relatively lacking,and medical resources are insufficient,resulting in low coverage and quality of health services;On the other hand,the management and organization of health services are relatively weak,lacking integrity and coordination.Rural residents generally lack health knowledge and awareness,bear a heavy burden on medical expenses,and have difficulty seeking medical treatment.In this context,in-depth research on the current situation and problems of rural community public health services is of great significance for improving and enhancing rural health services.Through research,it can provide scientific basis for government decision-making,promote the development and improvement of rural health services,and improve the health level and quality of life of rural residents.This article comprehensively adopts research methods such as case study,literature review,and questionnaire survey.The main research object and case study are rural communities in Jiangyin City.Based on reading and referencing a large amount of literature,a field survey was conducted,and a total of 713 questionnaires were distributed to comprehensively understand the current situation and existing problems of public health services in rural communities.This study investigates and analyzes the development of public health services in Jiangyin City to understand the current situation of basic public health services in rural communities and the demand for health services among rural residents.The survey results indicate that there is a lack of overall management and a weak talent team in rural public health services.At the same time,the needs of rural residents for multi-level public services are not met,and villagers also lack knowledge and policy understanding of health and hygiene.To address the above issues,this study analyzed the reasons for the problems in rural community public health services.In terms of management,the government lacks targeted management processes for rural public health,and the cooperation of rural community public health organizations is not coordinated.In terms of talent,the introduction of rural community public health service talents is insufficient,and personnel lack reasonable training.In terms of funding,the main investment body for rural community public health services is single,and the budget is not scientific.In terms of the main body of villagers,the formulation of relevant policies ignores their opinions,and villagers lack the concept of "ownership".In response to the problems and reasons,this study proposes a series of strategies to improve rural community public health services.In terms of management system,it is recommended to build a collaborative supply of rural community public health management system,carry out overall development planning,strengthen departmental collaboration,innovate personnel management methods,and improve salary guarantee.In terms of human resource construction,it is recommended to increase support for public health service personnel,focus on needs assessment and top-level design implementation,and attach importance to personnel education and capacity building.In terms of fund management,it is recommended to strengthen the guarantee of basic public health service funds,use the PPP model to promote the participation of the market and social forces,and play the policy leading role of the government.At the same time,strategies have been proposed to improve the health awareness of villagers,including raising awareness,improving the mechanism for expressing needs,and strengthening policy promotion.In summary,it is hoped that the analysis and proposed strategies of this study can provide certain reference and guidance for the improvement and enhancement of rural community public health services in Jiangyin City.
