| Objective: Through reticular Meta analysis,systematic evaluation of different acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis clinical efficacy,the order of its optimal program.Clinical trials were conducted to observe the therapeutic effect of Huangdi internal acupuncture on cervical spondylosis.Methods: 1.Network Meta-analysis: the Internet searches for relevant domestic and foreign databases,and seeks for random controlled trials(RCT)of ordinary acupuncture,electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture and acupoint catgut embedding of NTCS.Literature screening and data extraction.The data were analyzed and the relevant graphs were drawn using Stata 16.0 and Review Manager 5.4 software.2.Clinical randomized controlled trial: 66 cases of cervical spondylosis were included,including outpatients and recruited volunteers.Subjects signed informed consent forms and were randomly divided into two groups using opaque envelopes.Group 1(the preferred acupuncture group,the ordinary acupuncture group)shall receive ordinary conventional acupuncture treatment,and Group 2(the Huangdi internal acupuncture group)shall receive Huangdi internal acupuncture treatment.Acupuncture 5 days a week for a course of treatment,treatment of a total of 2 courses.The VAS score,NDI score,SF-36 score and total curative effect were recorded and analyzed by IBM SPSS 26 software.Results: 1.Network Meta-analysis:(1)A total of 19 RCTs were included,including 1437 subjects,involving 5 interventions.The results of traditional Meta-analysis show that the heterogeneity is not high,which satisfies the homogeneity premise of Network Meta-analysis.(2)Network meta-analysis result: the total effective rate is the result,and the sequence of the SUBRA value is: acupoint catgut embedding > warm acupuncture > abdominal acupuncture >electric acupuncture > ordinary acupuncture.Taking VAS score as the result,the sequence of SUCRA value is: ordinary acupuncture > electric acupuncture > warm acupuncture > acupoint catgut embedding > abdominal acupuncture.Taking NPQ scale as the result,the order of SUCRA value is: ordinary acupuncture > abdominal acupuncture > acupoint catgut embedding > electric acupuncture > warm acupuncture.The results of Pr Best and cluster analysis indicated that ordinary acupuncture was the best intervention.Combined with several results,it is concluded that ordinary acupuncture is the best treatment for NTCS.2.Clinical randomized controlled trial:(1)There was no significant difference in course of disease,age,NDI,VAS,SF-36 before treatment(P > 0.05).(2)The immediate analgesic effect of the first treatment of group 2(Huangdi internal acupuncture)is better than that of group 1(ordinary acupuncture).(3)There were statistical differences between NDI,VAS and SF-36 before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The VAS scores,NDI scores and SF-36 scores were decreased in group 1 and 2.(4)There were significant differences in NDI scores between groups 1 and 2after treatment(P < 0.05),but no significant differences in VAS scores and SF-36 scores(P >0.05).There was no significant difference in total effective rate between groups 1 and 2(P >0.05).(5)Compared with the total treatment time,the 2 groups used less time.Conclusion:(1)Network meta-analysis suggests that common acupuncture,electroacupuncture,warm acupuncture,abdominal acupuncture,and acupoint catgut embedding can relieve the clinical symptoms of NTCS and relieve pain.Among them,ordinary acupuncture may be the best treatment.(2)Clinical research suggests that both ordinary acupuncture and Huangdi internal acupuncture can reduce VAS score,NDI scale and increase SF-36.Both of them can improve the neck symptoms,relieve pain and improve the quality of life.(3)Huangdi internal acupuncture has obvious immediate analgesic effect,simple and safe operation,easy to accept by patients,short total treatment time,worthy of clinical promotion and research. |
