| In recent years,public health emergencies have occurred frequently,which have brought great impact on social and economic development.For government departments,it has become an important task to do a good job in responding to public health emergencies.At the same time,with the continuous development and popularization of information technology,the construction of government data has become one of the necessary conditions for the construction of a modern country.In this context,data fusion has become a common need for public health emergencies and government data construction.Only through data fusion can comprehensive monitoring and early warning of public health emergencies be realized,and the operational efficiency and service quality of the government can also be improved.Therefore,the need for data fusion between public health emergencies and government datafication has become one of the important issues in the construction of information technology in today’s society.Knowledge mapping is a technology that organizes knowledge such as entities,relationships and attributes into graphical structures,which can provide effective support for data fusion.In public health emergencies,knowledge graph can help model related entities and relationships,such as diseases,viruses,cases,hospitals,prevention and control measures,and realize comprehensive monitoring and early warning of public health emergencies through analysis and mining of these entities and relationships.Meanwhile,in government datafication,knowledge graph can also be used for modeling and management of government data,which can more accurately describe and organize the entities and relationships in government data and improve the utilization value of government data.In data fusion,knowledge mapping can realize data standardization,integration and sharing among multiple data sources,allowing data from different fields to be fused across fields.For example,in a public health emergency,epidemic data from different regions and agencies can be standardized,integrated and shared through knowledge graphs,thus realizing comprehensive analysis and early warning of the epidemic nationwide.In addition,knowledge graphs can help to analyze and mine data intelligently and improve the utilization value of data.In conclusion,knowledge graph can provide effective support for data fusion and is expected to become an important technical tool in the construction of public health emergencies and government datafication.In the context of the current digital society,the data sources involved in public health emergencies are very diverse,and the task of data fusion in public health emergencies is very important,but at the same time more complex.In this paper,a data fusion model for public health emergencies is proposed to address this issue and a specific fusion process is standardized.The model aims to fuse data from different sources and different types of data to better understand and respond to public health emergencies.The characteristics of data and the concerns of different subjects change at different stages,such as the outbreak,mitigation and recovery periods,so this paper analyzes the data fusion needs of different subjects at each stage and selects knowledge graph technologies suitable for data fusion and application at each stage,while identifying the problems faced by data fusion at each stage and proposing corresponding solutions for different subjects.By promoting data fusion to a higher level,this paper aims to provide more comprehensive,accurate and timely information for government agencies and the public to better respond to public health emergencies. |
