Research On Improving The Grid Governance Of Epidemic Prevention And Control In Rural Communities

In recent years,the grid governance with remarkable performance in the normal management of urban communities has been gradually transferred to the rural area.In 2020,facing the arduous challenge of the COVID-19,grid governance has become the key to China’s epidemic prevention and control and resumption of work and production.In the sniper battle for the prevention and control of the COVID-19,based on the grid management system,the village community used digital governance means to make the epidemic prevention and control precise,intelligent and efficient.The epidemic prevention and control mode based on "grid management" has demonstrated great driving force and good prevention and control results in cities and towns B.However,there are also many problems worthy of attention in the grid management of epidemic prevention and control,which reflects that there are still shortcomings in the grid management system and capacity of local governments in China.In the empirical study,this paper finds that the grid governance means are respectively applied to the scientific grid division to achieve all-round coverage;Clarify the responsibility system and realize fine prevention and control;Using digital means to achieve precise prevention and control;The whole people should participate in it to realize diversified co governance.However,during the research process,it is found that the grid governance of epidemic prevention and control in rural communities has the following problems: low mass participation,defects in governance system and process,heavy grid work,weak team level,and general use of information means.The reason lies in the backward thinking in rural areas,the pressure driven system,the grid personnel configuration can not meet the requirements of grid management,and the lack of intelligent digital technology.This paper uses the theory of collaborative governance,digital governance and refined governance.Through the analysis and research of literature and interviews,I believe that improving the grid governance of rural communities requires first of all improving the awareness of the masses to participate,and achieving diversified management and service subjects;Secondly,we should establish a sound grid management operation mechanism;Thirdly,in terms of team building,we should provide all the grid governance entities;Finally,strengthen capital investment and technical support to ensure the stable operation of grid governance.
