| Objective: Through the clinical observation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome, this paper analyzes whether the TCM symptom score, lung function,six-minute walking distance,CAT score and m MRC scale have statistical significance before and after treatment,so as to study and analyze the curative effect of triple therapy on COPD with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome. Methods: From December 2020 to August 2022,a total of 63 patients with lung-kidney qi deficiency syndrome in the stable stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected from the respiratory and critical care department of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to the principle of random control, they were divided into the control group(31 cases)and the treatment group(32 cases),which were treated with triple therapy in the conventional western medicine for three months. The general data of patients were collected, and the curative effect, symptom score and lung function of the two groups were observed and analyzed before and after treatment.Results:1.In the course of this experiment, one patient in the treatment group quit because he couldn’t take Chinese medicine regularly, one patient couldn’t cooperate with the questionnaire for personal reasons, and one patient in the control group lost his visit for special reasons.Finally,30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group were collected and counted.2.Baseline comparison: There is no statistical difference in age,sex and other data between the two groups.3.In terms of effective rate: the total effective rate of the triple therapy group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 73.33%,which was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).4.In TCM symptom score: there were differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the total symptom score of the two groups was improved, and the triple therapy group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05),and the comparison of each single symptom score was improved(P < 0.05).After treatment, the control group had cough, expectoration, shortness of breath, wheezing, waist and knees. However, there was no obvious improvement in symptoms of spontaneous sweating, mental fatigue, aversion to wind and frequent urination(P >0.05).The symptoms of expectoration, wheezing, aversion to wind, soreness of waist and knees and frequent urination in the treatment group were better(P < 0.05),which was statistically significant.5.In the aspect of lung function and the scores of each scale: the lung function(FEV1/FVC%,FEV1%pred)of the two groups did not significantly improve after treatment(P > 0.05).After treatment,the6 MWT,m MRC questionnaire and CAT score of the two groups were improved(P < 0.05),and the triple therapy group was superior to the control group(P < 0.05).The BODE index of the treatment group was improved before and after treatment(P < 0.05),but the BODE index of the control group did not change significantly after treatment(P > 0.05).6.In terms of adverse reactions: in the treatment group, there were2 patients with burning skin,no redness, swelling and pain,no ulceration after the application treatment, and the patients were told not to scratch their skin and avoid direct contact with water. The symptoms were relieved after the next day,and no serious adverse reactions occurred, and the rest patients had no adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.Triple therapy in the treatment of stable COPD(lung and kidney qi deficiency syndrome)can effectively improve the TCM symptom score of patients, and improve all symptoms, especially in the symptoms of expectoration, wheezing, bad wind, soreness of waist and knees and frequent urination.2.Triple therapy can effectively improve patients’ CAT score,m MRC classification and BODE index, increase the six-minute walking distance and improve the quality of life of patients.3.Triple therapy has no obvious improvement on lung function, which may be related to the short course of treatment, limited number of samples and the characteristics of COPD disease itself.4.No serious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment of triple therapy, and the treatment scheme was safe and effective. |
