The Clinical Application Of Tongyang Thoughts Of Zhongjing In The Treatment Of Leukorrheal Diseases

Objective: The purpose of this paper is to explore the theoretical basis and the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing in the treatment of leukorrheal disease from the perspective of viscera variation.Methods: This paper expounds the core connotation and specific content of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing by combing and studying the theory of Shanghan Zabing Lun,traces the theoretical source of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing,and focuses on Zhongjing ’s understanding of leukorrheal diseases and the treatment of leukorrheal diseases provided for later generations.This paper is divided into two parts,The first part is the theoretical research of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing.It focuses on the analysis of the relevant works of Neijing and the annotations of Neijing by later famous doctors,discusses the connotation and variation theory of Yang Qi,and clarifies the influence of the viewpoint of variation in Neijing on the legislation of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing,as well as the specific clinical application and development of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing on this basis,as well as the further inheritance and improvement of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing by later doctors.The second part is mainly to sort out and analyze all the relevant provisions of the disease in the Synopsis of Jingui to understand Zhongjing ’s summary of the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,as well as Zhongjing ’s treatment of women’s disease in the treatment of the disease embodied in the Yang thought and the treatment for future generations to create.Results: 1.The theoretical basis of the method of activating yang is :yang qi is the foundation of life,and it is important to rise and fall,enter and exit,and circulate continuously.The viscus are all born with the five elements and six qi.The qi movement of viscus and meridians is blocked,which affects the normal metabolism of consciousness,emotion,essence,blood and body fluid.The dregs of turbid toxin in the body can cause all kinds of diseases.2.The connotation of the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing is warming and tonifying and dredging,covering the eight methods of ’ sweating and vomiting and warming and clearing and tonifying ’,which can relieve the exterior,regulate qi,activate blood,dispel cold,promote hydration and dampness,and dispel phlegm and resolve masses.3.The total pathogenesis of leukorrheal disease is : viscera variation disorders,dampness retention under the coke uterus,damage Chong and Ren,with pulse is not solid and the disease.The diseases can be divided into cold-dampness and damp-heat,whether it is cold-dampness or damp-heat all of them are preceded by dampness evil,although there are different treatments,the treatment of invigorating spleen 、 dredging yang and removing dampness is always carried out to stop the source of dampness,also,the attention should be paid to the influence of liver and kidney gasification in the disease.When the disease is not cured for a long time,there is a damp-stasis accumulation,so do not forget the treatment of blood stasis.4.Zhongjing created the precedent of external treatment of women ’s diseases.Conclusion: Through the Tongyang thoughts of Zhongjing,the essence of women ’s leukorrhagia can be clarified,so as to obtain better clinical efficacy.
