Clinical Efficacy Of Gubenyiyinin Formula In The Treatment Of DOR

Objective: In this study,42 DOR patients with kidney deficiency syndrome were selected to study the total Clinically effective of Guben-Yiyin formula in the remedy of deficiency of kidney essence.Clinical symptoms and menstruation were observed which including changes of state,sex hormone levels,AMH,number of sinus follicles,and clinical safety.To explore whether Guben-Yiyin decoction can improve the ovarian reserve function,and further analyze Professor Diao Juncheng’s experience in the etiology and treatment of DOR,in order to find a safe and effective treatment method,reduce unnecessary side effects.It provides a new idea for the treatment of this disease in the future and is worthy of promotion.Research methods: Forty-two patients with DOR,menstrual cycle changes,oligomenorrhea,amenorrhea,infertility and kidney essence deficiency syndrome were selected from Jiangxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The patients were given Diaoshi Guben-Yiyin decoction as the basis.Three menstrual cycles were taken as a course of treatment,and the medication was given on the fifth day of menstruation,one dose per day.The drug was given in 2 divided doses for 21 consecutive days.Keep a record of the TCM symptom scores of the sick persons pretherapy and post-treatment and then using software to analyze.The serum FSH,LH,FSH/LH,E2,AMH and AFC values were measured on the 2nd to 5th day of menstruation before and after treatment.The TCM syndrome efficacy score was calculated after treatment,and the discomfort occurred during the treatment of Guben Yiyin was observed.The hepatic and renal function,routine analysis of blood,ECG and other metricses were tracked record pretherapy and post-treatment,and whether abnormal values occurred.Patients were asked to pay attention to vital signs during treatment to evaluating the clinical sound effect and security of Gubenyiyin formula.Findings:In this study,one person had mild nausea,three had diarrhea,and one have a jaded appetite.The symptoms are mild.By comparing the general examines including hepatic and renal function,routine analysis of blood,ECG and other metricses,results showed that there were normal.The vital signs of the patients were smooth and steady,and no heart rate acceleration or blood pressure fluctuation occurred.The data of 42 cases were collected and analyzed by SPSS 26.0 software,and the relevant results were obtained as follows:1.Comparison of TCM syndromes before and after treatment: the initial score were 21.29±5.40,and after three menstrual cycles of therapy the scores were down to 12.33±4.02.It not difficult to see there was statistical difference in the TCM syndrome between pretherapy and post-treatment(P <0.05).2.Changes of AMH level before and after treatment: after treatment with Gubenyiyin decoction,the level of AMH was superior to the level of pretherapy and the difference was statisticallly sense(P = 0.000<0.01).The results showed that the amount of AMH could be increased by Gubenyiyin prescription.3.Changes of serum sex hormone levels before and after treatment:after using Gubenyiyin decoction,the value of FSH was inferior to the value of prethreapy and P value was 0.042<0.05,which suggestting that there was senseful from a statistical point.After treatment,FSH/LH ratio decreased from 3.04±1.33 to 2.43±0.97(P = 0.002<0.01).Moreover,LH decreased slightly,but the difference was not significant,and the E2 level in blood serum were compared,we can see that the level after treatment was a little bit exceeded than that before treatment(P =0.311>0.05),with difference and statistical significance,indicating that the treatment with Gu Ben Yiyin recipe had little effect on LH and E2.4.AFC index of ultrasound monitoring before and after treatment:after the use of Gubenyiyin decoction,the AFC index of ultrasound monitoring before and after treatment was significantly increased,P value 0.009<0.01,with a significant difference;5.TCM syndrome evaluation after treatment: after taking Guben Yiyin for three months,the clinical effective rate was: 0 case showed cured(0%),2 cases showed obvious effect(4.8%),33 cases showed effective(78.6%),7 cases showed no effect(16.7%).The overall response rate of patients was 83.3%.Conclusions: Guben-yiyin decoction has a certain and good effect on the treatment of kidney deficiency type of ovarian reserve function decline,which can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms caused by the decline of ovarian reserve function.It also has a good effect on laboratory indicators,which can significantly reduce the FSH and FSH/LH value,and increase the AFC level and AMH value.Gubenyiyin decoction has few adverse reactions in the treatment of this disease.Therefore,Gubenyiyin decoction has the characteristics of high efficacy and low risk,which is suitable for clinical promotion.
