Objective:It is aimed at patients with cold and wet low back myofasciitis, the method of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture was adopted, observe the therapeutic effect. It is hoped that it can provide better treatment options for clinical practice. Methods:We collected a total of 60 patients, all of whom were diagnosed with cold and wet low back myofasciitis, and randomized them into two groups, one was an experimental group, the treatment was heat-sensitive plus force-sensitive acupuncture, and the other was a control group, and the treatment was heat-sensitive plus ordinary acupuncture,with30 patients in each group. Before the start of treatment,it is necessary to explore the patients in the experimental group, mainly heat-sensitive and force-sensitive points, after probing,it is necessary to record each patient’s condition in a truthful way. Then, according to the exploration results,4-6 parts with the strongest sense of force were selected for acupuncture, and two parts with the strongest sense of heat sensitivity were selected for thermal moxibustion treatment. The control group needs to explore the thermal point before treatment, and the method steps are the same as those of the experimental group,it is also the two places with the strongest thermal moxibustion sensation for treatment. Then, the acupuncture site was different from the control group, and the acupuncture point and positioning were selected according to the " acupuncture and moxibustion therapy ".Both groups were given acupuncture first, followed by heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment. Both groups consisted of two treatment sessions, once a day for six days, followed by a day off and then the next session. We should not only record the PRI,VAS,PPI,ODI score of the two groups of patients before treatment, but also record the scores of the two groups of patients after the end of the entire treatment course, observe the changes before and after, and observe whether the clinical efficacy of the two groups is different, and then follow up after 3 months to observe the recurrence of each group and evaluate the long-term efficacy.Results:1.Before treatment, there was no significant difference in general basic information between the two groups, there was no difference between the two groups of simplified McGill scales and ODI scores(P>0.05).2.After treatment, the two groups were compared with the simplified McGill scale, which included three aspects: PRI,VAS,and PPI.First, the three scores were compared within their respective groups,it can be seen that the two groups have significant differences after treatment compared with before treatment(P<0.01),This can mean that both groups of treatments can treat cold and wet low back myofasciitis, and both are effective.Further comparing them between the two groups,it can be found that after heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture, the improvement effect of PRI,VAS,PPI and ODI scores in this group was superior to that of the control group(P<0.05).This showed that thermal moxibustion combined with forcesensitive acupuncture had more advantages than heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture in alleviating the pain of cold and wet low back myofasciitis(including pain grade, emotion and existing pain degree).3.The ODI scores of the two groups were compared: First, comparisons were made within both groups,it can be seen that the scores of both groups are significantly lower than at the beginning(P<0.01),indicating that these two groups of treatments have obvious efficacy in improving the functional activity of the lumbar back muscles.Further comparison between the two groups showed that after heatsensitive moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture, the score of this group decreased significantly compared with that of the control group(P<0.05).This also indicates that it improves daily life, social activities, and low back activity, and sleep in patients with cold and wet back myofasciitis,heat-sensitive sensitive moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture will be more advantageous.4.Finally,there is a comparison of response rates and recurrence between the two groups: After receiving two courses of treatment,we can conclude that the total effective rate of the experimental group is 93.3%,which is higher than the effective rate of 83.3% in the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the efficacy of heatsensitive moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture in the treatment of low back myofasciitis is worthy of recognition.Three months after the end of treatment,we followed up the two groups of patients, and the results showed that the recurrence rate of the experimental group was 11.1%,and the control group was 34.6%,and after statistical testing,we can conclude that the recurrence rate of the control group is higher than that of the experimental group(P<0.05),indicating that after thermal moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture, the recurrence rate will be lower than that of thermosensitive moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture, that is,the long-term efficacy of the experimental group is more considerable Conclusion1.Heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with force-sensitive acupuncture treatment has more advantages than heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture in reducing the pain symptoms of cold and wet low back myofasciitis and improving functional activities.2.The efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with forcesensitive acupuncture in the treatment of cold and wet low back myofasciitis is better than that of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with ordinary acupuncture, and the long-term efficacy is more prominent.
