China has entered an aging society,and the elderly population is increasing year by year,which puts great pressure on social development.Along with the aging of the population,a number of neurological diseases have also come along,causing damage to the movement ability of the limbs,leading to movement disorders.In this paper,a multi-posture rehabilitation robot is designed for the rehabilitation training of stroke patients and patients with limb dysfunction,so as to reduce the burden it brings to families and medical care.Main contents of this paper:(1)According to the anatomy,human body engineering,the establishment of the body’s three basic shaft and datum,spatial coordinate system of the human body,the analysis of human lower limb movement form,determine the reasonable range of movement and movement limit,analysis of human lower limb muscle group,more than for subsequent appearance rehabilitation robot provides the theory basis for structure design.(2)Based on the bionics principle,the design principle of the multi-posture rehabilitation robot was determined,the spatial layout of the multi-posture rehabilitation robot was designed,and the conuration mode of the back-lifting device,roll-over device and leg-lifting device was proposed to carry out the detailed design of the specific structure.(3)Based on man-machine coordinated control method,put forward a number of appearance of rehabilitation robot control strategy,has set up a system for the position control and wheelchair model structure,determines the lift,turn back posture,leg stance,state control flow chart,set up more than appearance of rehabilitation robot barricades on information and criteria of slope Angle.(4)In patients with established and several appearance of rehabilitation robot 3 d model,analyzed the patients and a number of appearance of rehabilitation robot carried back posture,roll over posture,to lift the leg posture,to hem leg position,the dynamic simulation curves,reveals the movement rule,the results show that more than appearance of rehabilitation robot in the conversion of different movement posture running smoothly,to the safety of the patients is higher,the man-machine compatibility is better.Multi-posture rehabilitation robot can provide effective rehabilitation training for stroke patients and patients with limb dysfunction,prevent muscle atrophy of patients,restore mobility and self-care ability,and reduce the burden of family and medical care.It has important social significance and application prospect. |
