Objective1.By analyzing the relevant evaluation factors of war injury treatment training, this study builds an evaluation index system of military medical personnel war injury treatment training based on the Kirkpatrick Model.2.The evaluation index system of military medical personnel’s war injury treatment training was initially applied to analyze the situation and existing problems of war injury treatment training in various units Methods1.Establish an evaluation index system for military medical personnel’s war injury treatment training(1)Based on the Kirkpatrick Model as the theoretical framework, through literature review and semi-structured interview, relevant index items were extracted, and the preliminary draft of the evaluation index system for military medical personnel’s war injury treatment training was drawn up.(2)Delphi expert letter inquiry method was adopted to conduct professional letter inquiry on the basic framework of the evaluation index system, and further screen and revise the indicators,so as to determine the evaluation index system of military medical personnel war injury treatment training.(3)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to calculate and determine the weights and combined weights of the evaluation indicators of military medical personnel’s war injury treatment training at each level, and the consistency test was carried out.2.Initial application of the evaluation index system for the training of military medical personnel in the treatment of war injuriesConduct trial evaluation of war injury treatment training for medical personnel in 2military medical units in a city, understand the training status and analyze the existing problems.Results1.Establishment of evaluation index system for military medical personnel’s war injury treatment training(1)Combined with literature review and semi-structured interview, the evaluation index system framework of military medical personnel war injury treatment training was formed, consisting of 4 first-level indicators,12 second-level indicators and 40 third-level indicators: reaction level, learning level, behavior level and outcome level.(2)A total of 23 experts from 5 provinces and cities participated in 2 rounds of Delphi expert correspondence. The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of expert correspondence were 100% and 95.83%,respectively.The expert authority coefficients were 0.852 and 0.861,respectively.The expert coordination coefficients were 0.270 and0.248,respectively,with statistical significance(p < 0.01).The mean value of importance assignment of each index was > 3.5,and the coefficient of variation was < 0.25.After 2rounds of expert letter consultation,a total of 4 secondary indicators and 2 tertiary indicators were modified;Add 2 second-level indicators and 21 third-level indicators; One second-level indicator and six third-level indicators were deleted, and the final evaluation index system for military medical personnel’s war injury treatment training included 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators.(3)The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)results show that the weights of first-level indicators(reaction layer, learning layer, behavior layer, and result layer)are 0.104,0.273,0.299,and 0.324,respectively;the weight range of second-level indicators is 0.044 ~0.750,and the weight range of third-level indicators is 0.030 ~ 0.750.The consistency ratio(CR)of indicators at all levels is less than 0.1,and the consistency passes, indicating that the weight of indicators is set reasonably.2.The initial application of the evaluation index system of military medical personnel’s war injury treatment trainingThe preliminary application results show that the comprehensive scores of the war injury treatment training of medical personnel in two military medical units in A city are88.82 points and 75.23 points respectively,of which unit A has reached the qualified level, and unit B is the basic qualified level, indicating that the management and construction of the war injury treatment training of the two units is more standardized, and the training effect is more satisfactory..Concusion1.The evaluation index system of military medical personnel war injury treatment training based on the Kirkpatrick Model constructed in this study includes 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators. The construction process is scientific and reasonable, the index system is comprehensive and systematic, the research results are highly reliable, and the weights of each index are set reasonably. To provide a scientific and reliable evaluation tool for the training of medical personnel in the treatment of war injuries.2.This study evaluated the training of medical personnel in the treatment of war injuries carried out by two military medical institutions in a city, analyzed and discussed the existing problems in the current training of war injuries treatment, and played a certain role in diagnosis, guidance and improvement of the management of war injuries treatment training..
