| Objective1.To construct an evaluation system of ICU practice bases for Master of Nursing Specialist.2.Using the evaluation system of ICU practice bases for Master of Nursing Specialist,an empirical survey was conducted on ICU practice bases in Qingdao,and the construction situation and existing problems of each base were analyzed.Methods1.Literature review method: review the domestic and international literature on teaching programs,clinical faculty,and student assessment within the clinical practice base of Master of Nursing Specialist,combine with the evaluation standards of the clinical teaching base for specialist nurses and the recognition standards of the standardized training base for resident physicians in China,and extract the evaluation indexes of four aspects,namely,base conditions,teaching management,faculty strength,and student assessment,based on the contextual learning theory..2.Semi-structured interviews: The team interviewed nursing educators,nursing managers and clinical nursing experts to understand their views on the construction mode of ICU practice bases for Master of Nursing Specialist,further supplemented and improved the evaluation indexes based on the interview results,and initially formulated the evaluation system of ICU practice bases for Master of Nursing Specialist.3.Delphi expert consultation method: According to the criteria of nadir,experts in relevant fields were selected for two rounds of consultation,and the subject group combined the experts’ opinions and index selection principles to add,delete and modify the evaluation indexes to form the final evaluation system of ICU practice base for Master of Nursing Specialist.4.Hierarchical analysis method: Using Yaahp12.8 statistical software,the hierarchical analysis method was used to calculate the weights,combination weights and consistency coefficients of indicators at all levels.5.Empirical study: Based on the constructed evaluation system of ICU practice bases for Master of Nursing Specialist,a trial evaluation was conducted on ICU practice bases in Qingdao with the qualification of postgraduate nursing degree training,to understand the current situation of base construction and analyze the existing problems of the bases.Results1.After literature review,screening and exclusion,a total of 197 papers were finally included,divided into 92 directly relevant papers and 105 non-directly relevant papers.2.13 experts were included in the semi-structured interviews,and after analyzing the content of the interviews,4 themes and 10 sub-themes were extracted.The 4 themes were strengthening the advantages of ICU integrated departments,clarifying the competence training of MNS postgraduates,attaching importance to the clinical faculty of MNS postgraduates,and enriching the assessment mode of MNS postgraduates.3.A total of 20 experts were included in the Delphi expert correspondence questionnaire,and the effective return rates of the 2 rounds of correspondence questionnaire were 88%(22/25)and 91%(20/22)respectively,indicating that the experts were highly motivated;the expert authority coefficients were 0.953 and 0.948 respectively,indicating that the experts had a high degree of authority;the Kendall harmony coefficients were 0.211 and 0.210 respectively,and the differences were all statistically significant(p <0.001),indicating a high degree of expert opinion coordination.The evaluation system finally formed contains 4 primary evaluation indicators,15 secondary evaluation indicators,103 tertiary evaluation indicators and evaluation contents.4.The results of the hierarchical analysis method showed that the weight values of the four first-level indicators were base conditions(0.246),teaching management(0.298),faculty strength(0.246)and student assessment(0.210),and the evaluation system passed the consistency test.5.The results of the empirical study showed that the scores of the four ICU practice bases in Qingdao were 91.26,79.80,79.24 and 73.83 respectively,of which Base D reached a qualified level and Bases A,B and C were at a basic qualified level,indicating that the construction of all four bases was relatively standardized.Conclusions1.The evaluation system of the ICU practice base for Master of Nursing Specialist constructed in this study includes four primary evaluation indicators,15 secondary evaluation indicators,103 tertiary evaluation indicators and evaluation contents,including base conditions,teaching management,faculty strength and student assessment,and the elements of the evaluation system are comprehensive and rich.2.In this study,four ICU practice bases for Master of Nursing Specialist in nursing in Qingdao were evaluated in the application stage of the system,and the development advantages and shortcomings of the bases in practical teaching were clarified from four aspects: base conditions,teaching management,faculty and student evaluation,which is conducive to promoting the continuous reform and development of the base and ensuring the training quality of Master of Nursing Specialist. |
