Objective:Through the study of MCI computerized cognitive training(CCT)intervention,3DT1 WI was used to explore the effect of CCT on MCI brain volume.Methods:Twenty-three patients with MCI were included as the training group and 24 patients with MCI as the control group. The training group received CCT intervention for 6 months, while the control group received no intervention. All subjects underwent 3D-T1 WI image scanning,MMSE assessment and CDR assessment at baseline and follow-up period, and the changes in brain volume and MMSE score before and after training were assessed and analyzed.Results:1.In the follow-up training group, the volume changes of 8 brain regions were statistically significant, including left lateral ventricle, right lateral ventricle and third ventricle(t =-4.098,P < 0.001;t =-4.034,P = 0.001;t =-3.047,P = 0.006) increased, and the volume of the remaining brain regions decreased. The volume changes of 38 brain regions in the control group were statistically significant, including peripheral cerebrospinal fluid, left lateral ventricle, right lateral ventricle, third ventricle, left lateral ventricle inferior angle, and right lateral ventricle inferior angle(t =-2.354,P = 0.027;t =-6.433,P < 0.001;t =-5.743,P < 0.001;t =-2.105,P = 0.046;t =-4.666,P < 0.001;t =-3.940,P = 0.001)increased,and the volume of the remaining brain regions decreased.2.The right white matter, insula, anterior part of middle frontal gyrus, operculum, trigone, lateral part of left orbitofrontal lobe, orbit and bilateral nucleus accumbens in training group and control group(t = 2.519,P = 0.015;t = 2.501,P = 0.016;t= 2.460,P = 0.018;t = 3.418,P = 0.001;t = 2.124,P = 0.039;t = 2.481,P =0.018;t = 2.305,P = 0.026;t = 2.541,P = 0.015).There was significant difference between the two groups before and after training.3.There was no significant difference in MMSE scores between the training group(t= 0.891,P = 0.378)and the control group(t = 1.328,P = 0.193)before and after training. There was no significant difference in MMSE score difference between the two groups before and after training(t = 0.440,P = 0.662).Conclusion:CCT can prevent the loss of MCI brain volume. Therefore,CCT may delay the progression of the disease and has the potential as a non-drug intervention for MCI.
