The Internet-of-Medical-Things(Io MT)is an Internet of Things that includes patient and Medical sensors.It can collect and process patients’ medical data in real time,effectively improve medical quality and reduce management costs,and bring great convenience to people’s life and work.However,patient health information is very sensitive,and the biomedical sensors implanted in patients have limited battery life and computing power.In most of the existing literature on Io MT systems,although some satisfy the privacy and security of medical data,the implementation efficiency is low,while some although the operation efficiency is high,the security cannot be effectively guaranteed.So it is very important to design a safe and efficient Io MT data transmission and sharing system.This thesis studies the security risks and privacy protection problems existing in the current cloud-based data transmission and sharing system of the Internet of Medical Things,and mainly makes the following three research achievements:1.In the study of cloud-assisted Io MT data transmission system,the medical data sharing system(KC system)based on signcryption technology proposed by Kumar and Chand was analyzed,and the analysis results showed that their scheme had security vulnerabilities.An attacker can calculate the entity’s private key from the content of the communication transmitted in the network to masquerade as a legitimate entity to join the system.In addition,the public verification protocol in the KC system can not achieve the expected function.2.In this thesis,an improved system is proposed based on KC system.The improved system firstly reduces the computing burden of biomedical sensors,secondly,the improved system not only protects the privacy of medical data,but also satisfies the mutual identity authentication function between data sender and receiver.Finally,the improved cloud audit protocol of the system can audit the medical data stored on the cloud server to avoid the deception of the cloud server.The analysis results show that the improved system solves the problems such as high cost of encryption for medical sensor devices with limited resources,mutual authentication of medical data and concealment of data loss or damage by cloud server providers.3.This thesis designs and implements a simulated intelligent medical system of Io MT combined with cloud storage.The simulation system has realized the main functions of the medical Internet of Things system mentioned in this thesis,which can realize the entity encryption,signature,verification and decryption functions.The cloud storage website can also support users to carry out file upload,data audit and download operations.In conclusion,the research in this thesis can improve the current situation that security and operation efficiency cannot be guaranteed at the same time in the research of Internet of Medical Things system,and provide a reliable theoretical support for the field of Internet of Medical Things data management.
