Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Purulent Tonsillitis With Wind-Heat Invading Lung Syndrome In Children With Shufeng Liyan Recipe

Ojective: By observing the addition and subtraction of Shufeng Liyan recipe in the treatment of suppurative tonsillitis with wind-heat invading lung syndrome in children,and comparing with the control group with antibiotics alone,the TCM syndrome score,tonsil volume change and body temperature recovery time of the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and to evaluate the clinical effect of this study,to provide a new way for clinicians to treat this disease.Methods: A total of 74 children were included in this clinical study,all of whom met the study standard.During the study period,4 cases fell off,and 70 cases were finally completed,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group.The control group was given amoxicillin granules,and the treatment group was given Shufeng Liyan recipe on the basis of the use of amoxicillin granules,Taking 7 days as the course of treatment,recording the scores of TCM syndromes,the changes of tonsil volume and the temperature decline time of children after treatment,The information were analyzed by SPSS 27.0 statistical analysis software.Finally,to evaluate the clinical treatment of purulent tonsillitis with wind-heat invading lung syndrome in children with Shufeng Liyan recipe comprehensivelyResults:1)Before treatment: the basic data(sex,age)of the two groups were analyzed by chi-square test,and the scores of the main symptoms and secondary symptoms of the two groups were analyzed by rank and experience analysis.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).The means of the two groups were comparable before treatment.2)After treatment: after 7 days of treatment,the syndrome scores of the two groups were tested and analyzed,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),explaining that the treatment group improved the main symptoms(fever,pharyngeal pain,tonsillar enlargement,tonsil purulent secretion),The effect of secondary symptoms(irritating dry cough,blocking feeling,feel nausea,thirst)was better than that of the control group.3)Tonsil volume: after 7 days of treatment,the degree of tonsillar swelling regression between the two groups was different.The score of the two groups after treatment was tested and analyzed,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of reducing tonsil volume in the treatment group was better than that in the control group.4)body temperature recovery time: after 7 days of treatment,the recovery time of body temperature was obvious different between the two groups(P < 0.05).It was 2.06±1.08 days in the treatment group and 3.64±1.89 days in the control group,which said that the treatment group could shorten the recovery time of the body temperature.5)Overall curative effect evaluation: after 7 days of treatment,the total response rate in both groups was 97.14%(treatment group)and 77.14%(control group).There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.Conclusions: 1)Shufengliyan prescription combined with amoxicillin granules in the treatment of this disease can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of children,shorten the temperature recovery time and tonsil swelling time;2)Shufengliyan formula combined with amoxicillin granules for the treatment of this disease is better than amoxicillin granules alone;3)No adverse reactions occurred during the whole clinical treatment.
