The Efficacy And Efficacy Of Shenggu Zaizao Pill In The Treatment Of ARCO Stage Ⅰ And Ⅱ Femoral Head Necrosis Safety Study

Objective: The clinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of early osteonecrosis of the femoral head by Shenggu Zaizao pill was observed through a clinical study of Shenggu Zaizao pill in the treatment of ARCO stage I and II femoral head necrosis.Methods: According to the randomized control method,60 patients with femoral head necrosis were divided into the control group and the treatment group.Both groups were given basic treatment: shock wave therapy,lower limb traction,protective weight-bearing and instruction of functional exercise of the hip joint.The control group was given Jiangusheng pill(1 bag/time,2 times/day)for 6 months,while the treatment group was given Shenggu Zaizao pill(3 g/time,2 times/day)for 6 months.After treatment,the evaluation was performed in terms of visual analog scoring method,hip function score,imaging condition,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions,and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.After treatment,the VAS pain score of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,by statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,the hip function score of both groups increased compared with that before,and the score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,by statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;after treatment,the hip score of both groups,using the hip After treatment,the hip scores of the two groups were divided into four grades: excellent,good,acceptable and poor,with an excellent rate of 90.00% in the treatment group and an excellent rate of 85.00% in the control group,with a statistically significant difference of P<0.05.After analysis of the imaging conditions of the two groups,no significant difference was seen in the imaging conditions of the two groups,with a statistically significant difference of P>0.05.2.Safety Analysis: During this study,the vital signs of patients in both groups were stable,no significant adverse reactions occurred,and after treatment,liver function and kidney function were not significantly abnormal than before,they were within the normal range,and their safety was good during taking the medicine.3.Efficacy analysis: After 6 treatments,the total effective rate of the treatment group was83.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and by statistical analysis,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: Shenggu Zaizao pill can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of ARCO stage I and II femoral head necrosis patients and significantly improve the function of the hip joint,which is a safe and effective method for treating early femoral head necrosis and is of great significance for hip preservation treatment of early femoral head necrosis.
