| Objective: To explore the risk factors of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)by means of systematic evaluation,so as to provide evidence-based evidence for better prevention of ADHD,and to provide clinical guidance to reduce its harm to children’s health. Methods: All literatures were retrieved from CNKI,CBM,Wanfang Database,VIP database,The Cochrane Library,Pub Med,Embase and Web of science. The search terms included "attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity disorder","attention deficit hyperactivity disorder","high risk factors","risk factors" and literature related to case-control trials with free words. The evaluation of literature quality was carried out after the collection of all relevant literature data, mainly by the inclusion and exclusion criteria and NOS literature quality evaluation table.Medium and high-quality literature whose appeal score was greater than or equal to 6 points was also included in this study, which was carried out by the meta-analysis application software Rev Man5.3.Sensitivity analysis and publication bias test were carried out by the application software Stata15.1.Results: Finally, eighteen literatures met the inclusion criteria, and the cumulative number of cases and controls were 4609 and 8433,respectively.Meta-analysis showed that the risk factors of ADHD were disease history(OR=1.86,95%CI: 1.26-2.75),emotional instability(OR=1.78,95%CI:1.50-2.11),child personality(OR=3.39,95%CI: 2.08-5.53),intrauterine distress(OR=5.49,95%CI: 4.69-6.43),fetal intrauterine growth retarded(OR=3.64,95%CI: 3.03-4.38),family history(OR=3.82,95%CI: 2.71-5.38),breastfeeding(OR=0.32,95%CI: 0.24-0.44),poor parental relationship(OR=3.11,95%CI: 2.26-4.27),parental education level(OR=0.65,95%CI:0.55-0.76),inconsistent discipline attitude(OR=1.80,95%CI: 1.29-2.51),poor upbringing(OR=2.56,95%CI: 2.04-3.23),parental support(OR=0.49,95%CI:0.38-0.63),tobacco(OR=2.34,95%CI: 1.81-3.02).Conclusions: Conclusion Based on existing data, disease history, emotional instability, child personality, intrauterine distress, fetal intrauterine growth delay, family history, breastfeeding, poor parental relationship, parental education, inconsistent attitudes to discipline, poor parenting, parental rearing, tobacco are independent risk factors for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Controlling these factors can reduce the risk of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. |
