| 【Background】Post-stroke aphasia is an acquired impairment or loss of speech due to brain damage, resulting in a disorder in verbal communication. At present, there are more mature aphasia assessment scale to diagnose Chinese aphasia patients.Generally, the aphasia assessment scale uses Mandarin test, and the population in most areas of Guangdong Province, southeast Guangxi,Hong Kong,Macao SAR,Southeast Asia,North America,Britain,Australia and other areas of the Chinese community are Cantonese,Cantonese-Mandarin,Cantonese-English bilingual, and there are direct differences between Cantonese and Mandarin in pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar.Cantonese is one of the seven dialects of Chinese, and more than 80 million people use this dialect.Every year, many native Cantonese patients have aphasia due to cerebrovascular disease.Accurate diagnosis and evaluation are very important in the treatment of aphasia patients. The existing aphasia checklist is often unable to meet the language assessment needs of patients with Cantonese aphasia, thus affecting the diagnosis and treatment of patients with Cantonese aphasia. Therefore,it is urgent to develop a set of aphasia assessment tools suitable for Cantonese aphasia patients.【Purpose】To compile the Cantonese standard aphasia checklist, test the reliability and validity of the Cantonese standard aphasia checklist, construct representative mean norm, and establish a set of aphasia assessment tools for patients with post-stroke aphasia whose native language is Cantonese.【Method】1.Compilation of the Cantonese standard aphasia Checklist through literature retrieval and review, based on the CRRCAE framework, the scale was translated into Cantonese, the overall structure and content remained unchanged, and a preliminary entry pool was formed.Delphi expert consultation method was adopted to invite 21 experts from 13 Grade A hospitals in Guangdong Province for two rounds of expert consultation. Finally, the initial scale of the Cantonese standard Aphasia checklist was formed.2.To test the reliability and validity of the Cantonese standard aphasia checklist,75 patients with aphasia who met the inclusion criteria were selected, and the scale was used to examine the language function of 75 patients with post-stroke aphasia who were native speakers of Cantonese. All the patients were assessed upon admission. In addition,Cantonese language experts who have not been exposed to the Cantonese standard aphasia checklist were invited to translate the checklist back into Chinese and compare the difference rate with the Chinese aphasia test method to analyze the reliability and validity.3.Construction of the criterion of Cantonese standard Aphasia Checklist 120 healthy subjects who met the inclusion criteria were selected to evaluate the criterion of Cantonese standard aphasia checklist.Differences were compared with general data, and the mean norm was calculated to construct the criterion of Cantonese standard aphasia.【Result】1.Two rounds of expert consultation were conducted by 21 experts to compile the Cantonese standard Aphasia checklist, and the positive coefficients of the experts in the two rounds of consultation were 94% and 100% respectively; The authority coefficients were 0.93 and 0.94,respectively.Kendall’s coordination coefficient for the feasibility of the first round of entries was 0.27(P<0.01),and 0.38(P<0.01)for the feasibility of the second round of entries.According to the scores of each entry and experts’ modification suggestions, the final form of the Cantonese standard Aphasia checklist included 9 first-level indicators and 30 second-level indicators.2.Reliability test of Cantonese Standard Aphasia Checklist Reliability test of sum validity: Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total table was 0.969,Cronbach’s αcoefficient of each factor was 0.891~0.969.The partial half reliabilit of the total table is 0.939,and the partial half reliabilit of each dimension is 0.779~0.992.The retest reliability of the total volume table is 0.909,and the retest reliability of each dimension is 0.833~0.917.Content validity: The opinions of the two rounds of experts were consistent, and the difference rate between the Cantonese language experts and the Chinese standard Aphasia checklist was less than 5%,indicating that the scale had good content validity. Results validity: Three factors were extracted from exploratory factor analysis, and the cumulative variance contribution rate of common factors was73.23%.The explanatory ability of factors to original variables was reasonable, and the scale had good structural validity.3.The preliminary results of the construction of the criteria of the Cantonese Standard Aphasia Checklist showed that the mean norm T-test and variance analysis of the Cantonese standard Aphasia checklist found different gender(t=-0.277,P=0.782),different age(F= 1.7,P=0.18),occupation(F=1.8,P=0.19)and handedness(t=-0.646,P=0.519)and education level(F=2.36,P=0.128)had no statistical difference, and the mean constant mold had good representation【Conclusion】1.The standard aphasia checklist of Cantonese is constructed by Delphi expert consultation method. The method is scientific and the consultation results are reliable, which can provide reference for the diagnosis and efficacy evaluation of patients with Cantonese aphasia clinically.2.The Cantonese standard aphasia Checklist has good reliability and validity, which can provide a simple, quick and effective standardized assessment tool for the language function assessment of Chinese patients with Cantonese aphasia.3.The overall mean normal mold of the Cantonese standard Aphasia checklist has a good representation, which can provide a reference standard for whether patients have Cantonese aphasia. |
