| BackgroundSince the end of 2019,The Sever acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SA RS-CoV-2)has quickly caused great global popularity and has not yet fully controlled. In the early days of viruses, most of the infected people had COVID-19,while the disease developed rapidly, and the intensive rate and mortality rate were high.In the process of popular and transmission in the crowd, the new coronary virus has gradually appeared in a variety of mutant strains. The severe rate of infection of mutant strains decreased significantly, but its transmission speed increased significantly compared with the original plant essence.Infection with SARS-CoV-2 in special populations(such as the elderly, pregnant women,or patients with immunosuppressive diseases, hypertension, diabetes, tumors and other underlying diseases)can be life-threatening.At present, new treatments and vaccines have been developed for the novel coronavirus infection, but the efficacy of the existing prevention and treatment plans for the SARS-CoV-2 variant strain are still controversial, and the novel coronavirus continues to mutate. In order to further understand the clinical characteristics and figure out possible warning factors of the SARS-CoV-2 infection,so as to make early intervention to the SARS-CoV-2 infection,we conducted this research on the related clinical symptoms and serological immune indexes of those infected with the Alpha strain(hereinafter referred to as the original strain),the Delta variant and the Omicron variant.According to the relevant literature,we have learned that the immune function of women during pregnancy will change with the pregnancy cycle, but there are still different opinions on whether adverse pregnancy events occur after infection with SARS-CoV-2 in different pregnancy periods, what the immune status is in vivo, whether the fetus is developing abnormally and so on.Therefore,we also analyzed the immune status of women infected with SARS-CoV-2 during pregnancy,so as to further understand the clinical characteristics of women infected with SARSCoV-2 during pregnancy and find out the early warning factors of adverse events,so as to reduce the risk of pregnancy patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection.PurposePart I: Analysis of clinical characteristics and early warning factors of different strains of the SARS-CoV-2 infection. Objective: To analyze the clinical and serological characteristics of the patients infected with the original virus strain,Delta virus strain and Omicron virus strain, and to explore the relationship between the variation of the virus strain and the changes of serum inflammatory factors,an attempt was made to identify possible early warning factors for the occurrence of Covid-19 for early intervention.Part II: Clinical characteristics and early warning factors of the SARS-CoV-2infection in pregnant women. Objective:To analyze the clinical and serological characteristics of pregnant women and normal women who infected with SARS-CoV-2.To analyze the levels of serum inflammatory factors in pregnant women,so as to provide basis for prevention and treatment of SARS-COV-2 infection in pregnant women, and to reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy events.Method1.To Study the clinical characteristics and the levels of serum inflammatory factors of patients infected with different strains of SARS-CoV-2,and analyze the early warning factors of infection with variant strains.1.1 Participants: 1,915 patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 admitted to the Eighth Hospital Affiliated to Guangzhou Medical University from October 2rd,2020 to December 31 th,2022.1.2 Statistical methods: Univariate analysis of variance,Kryskal Wallis analysis and Logistic regression analysis were used to compare the differences among different strains of novel coronavirus, and to find out the potential warning factors of variant strains and pneumonia.2.The clinical characteristics and the levels of serum inflammatory factors of pregnant and non-pregnant patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 at different periods of pregnancy were studied.2.1 Participants: 317 pregnant patients with SARS-CoV-2 infection admitted to the Eighth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from October 2rd,2020 to December 31 th,2022.2.2 Statistical methods: Two independent sample t test,Mann-Whitey U test,c2test and Logistic regression were used for univariate and multivariate analysis to explore the clinical characteristics, immune status and influencing factors of adverse pregnancy events after infection with novel coronavirus in different pregnancy periods.Result1 Analysis of clinical characteristics and early warning factors of different strains of the SARS-CoV-2 infection.1.1 SARS-CoV-2 strain mutated from generation to generation, and the expression level of inflammatory factors decreased from generation to generation.1.2 There was a negative correlation between the concentration of IgG antibody and the infection of SARS-CoV-2,guide the timing of SARS-CoV-2 vaccine vaccination according to the change of SARS-CoV-2 antibody titer.1.3 People with novel coronavirus infection have lower lymphocyte counts, lower CT counts of nucleic acids, and an increased risk of pneumonia.2.Clinical characteristics and early warning factors of the SARS-CoV-2 infection in pregnant women.2.1 The number of lymphocytes after infection with the SARS-CoV-2 infection during pregnancy was lower than that in non-pregnant patients, and inflammatory factors such as IL-2,IL4,TNF-α and INF-γ were higher than that in non-pregnant patients; The clinical symptoms were also heavier than those of non-pregnant patients.2.2 Third trimester pregnant women were more likely to have symptoms and pneumonia than non-third trimester pregnant women.Conclusion1 The SARS-COV-2 strain varied from generation to generation, and the expression of inflammatory factors decreased gradually.2 Pregnant women who with the SARS-COV-2 infection was more likely carry symptoms than non-pregnant women, but the level of inflammatory factors was lower than non-pregnant women.3 SARS-CoV-2 IgG antibody has a protective effect on the population.According to the change of the SARS-CoV-2 antibody concentration,it can indicate the risk of reinfection and guide the timing of vaccination. |
