By analyzing the concentration of total protein,cholesterol,glucose and other substances in blood,biochemical analyzer can describe the human liver function,kidney function,blood lipid,blood glucose and other biochemical indicators,providing the basis for clinical diagnosis.Traditional biochemical analyzers are large in size,expensive in construction and high in maintenance,and require professional personnel to operate.They are mostly used in large and medium-sized hospitals,and are difficult to be popularized in primary medical institutions and remote areas.With the improvement of social living standards and the promotion of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system,the development of low-cost,easy to operate,easy to carry biochemical analyzer will have great commercial and social value.In order to solve the problem that traditional biochemical analysis equipment cannot be popularized in remote areas and primary medical institutions,this paper carried out the research of portable biochemical analyzer photoelectric detection and control system.A measurement and control system based on microfluidic technology and absorbance detection is proposed,which integrates the process of pre-processing,transportation,quantification,mixing and reaction of blood samples,streamlines the biochemical reaction process,realizes the functions of photoelectric signal detection,motor speed control,temperature control and human-computer interaction,and improves the operational efficiency and stability of biochemical analyzer.Reduce the complexity of operation difficulty.It provides a portable biochemical analyzer with easy operation,small size and low cost in the field of clinical diagnosis,and contributes to the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Clarify the technical indicators and requirements of the system by means of literature review and end-user research.Based on the detection principle of the system and the structure of the reaction chamber,a xenon lamp with wide spectral range and fast response speed is used as the light source,and a fixed structure of the spectral and filter system is used to output multi-band optical signals,and a 9-channel silicon photocell array is used to complete the detection of optical signals.Compared with the traditional photoelectric detection scheme,the scheme does not have moving optical components,and the stability is improved.According to the requirements of photoelectric detection scheme and control system,the hardware circuit scheme of photoelectric detection module,motion control module and temperature control module is proposed.(2)According to the hardware circuit basis,the embedded software system scheme is proposed to complete the software design of photoelectric detection,reagent disk motion control,temperature control and human-computer interaction interface design.Combined with the characteristics of the reagent disk,the xenon lamp exposure signal and position signal are synchronously triggered to improve the positioning accuracy.In the part of reagent disk motion control,a genetic optimization fuzzy proportional integral derivative(PID)control algorithm is proposed to improve the response speed and stability of brushless DC motor speed control,and the simulation is compared with the traditional PID and fuzzy PID control algorithm.(3)The actual performance of photoelectric detection,reagent disk motion control and temperature control is verified by experiments,and the absorbance performance is tested by standard concentration substances.The experimental results show that the performance of photoelectric detection and control system of portable biochemical analyzer meets the design requirements,and the performance of biochemical analyzer meets the requirements of national standards.
