Objective To explore the application value of 3D reconstruction visualization and 3D printing technology in central nervous system tumor surgery planning system,and to improve the diagnosis and treatment level of central nervous system tumors.Methods Thirty-two patients with central nervous system tumors were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the ratio of 1:1,with 16 patients in each group(n=16),and a prospective randomized controlled study was conducted.All patients received routine and surgical treatment recommended by domestic guidelines,and the experimental group applied3 D reconstruction visualization and 3D printing technology(model)to the whole process of the surgical planning system.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and incidence of postoperative thrombotic events in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the negative emotions or events related to surgery in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group.The operation experience and patient satisfaction of both doctors and patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P< 0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D reconstruction visualization and 3D printing technology in the central nervous system tumor surgery planning system is helpful to the formulation and implementation of individualized and precise surgery plan,shortening the operation time,reducing intraoperative bleeding,reducing the operation risk,reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications,improving the operation experience of both doctors and patients,and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
