| Objective:To investigate the fear of disease progression in lymphoma patients. And analyze its influencing factors. Methods:General information questionnaire,Psychological Resilience Scale(CD-RISC),Insomnia Severity Index(ISI),Generalized Anxiety Disorder 7-item Scale(GAD-7),patient health questionnaire Depression Scale were used(PHQ-9),Quality of Life(QOL-C30)and Simplified Fear of Disease Progression Scale(Fo P-Q-SF)were used to investigate the psychological status of 106 patients with lymphoma.Logistic regression was used to analyze the related factors affecting the patients’ fear of disease progression. Results:A total of 106 questionnaires were sent out,and 103 were effectively received with a recovery rate of 97%.The average score of the simplified fear of disease progression scale was(29.39±9.5)points,including the social and family dimension(14.01±4.84)points and the physical health dimension(15.38±5.34)points.A total of 34 patients scored higher than 34 points on the simplified fear of disease progression scale, accounting for 33.01%(34/103).The highest score was(2.93±1.3).In high level fear group, women and course of disease > 9 months and III-IV pathological stage composition ratio were higher than normal group(P<0.05);FoP-Q-SF score waspositively correlated with ISI score,GAD-7score and PHQ-9 score(P<0.05),were negatively correlated with CD-RISC score and QLQ-C30 score(P<0.05);ISI score was positively correlated with GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score(P<0.05),was negatively correlated with QLQ-C30 score(P<0.05);CD-RISC score was positively correlated with QLQ-C30 score(P<0.05),were negatively correlated with GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score(P<0.05);GAD-7 scores were positively correlated with PHQ-9 scores(P<0.05),was negatively correlated with QLQ-C30 score(P<0.05),PHQ-9 score was negatively correlated with QLQ-C30 score(P<0.05);Logistic multivariate regression analysis showed: female, course of disease>9 months,ISI score,CD-RISC score,Gad-7 score and PHQ-9 score were all independent risk factors for lymphoma patients’ fear of disease progression(P<0.05);The scores of physical function, role function, emotional function, cognitive function, social function and overall quality of life in the high level fear group were all lower than those in the normal group(P<0.05),the scores of fatigue, pain, dyspnea, insomnia, diarrhea and economic hardship in the high level fear group were higher than those in the normal group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Fear of disease progression in lymphoma patients seriously affects quality of life, femininity and disease course>9 months,ISI score,CD-RISC score,GAD-7 score and PHQ-9 score are all independent risk factors affecting the fear of disease progression in lymphoma patients, and prevention and control should be strengthened. |
