Intelligent Audit Of Expense Reimbursement Based On RPA+AI In T-District Chinese Hospital

Expense reimbursement audit is mainly to audit the various reimbursements of employees to confirm the authenticity,legality and reasonableness of the reimbursement documents.With the improvement of modern enterprise system,expense reimbursement audit has become more and more important and has become a very important part of internal control and risk management of enterprises.At present,the development of expense reimbursement auditing is mainly focused on the application of technology,and automated auditing to improve the efficiency and accuracy of auditing is getting more and more attention.This paper uses robotic process automation technology(RPA for short)and artificial intelligence machine learning algorithm system,whose strong technical advantages can comprehensively promote the efficient use of audit data,effectively improve the audit quality level,significantly optimize the audit business processing process,and effectively empower the intelligent transformation of hospital audit system.In the context of the increasing development of modern information technology,hospitals are using more and more process automation technologies,and artificial intelligence analysis technologies are flourishing,which continue to promote the continuous renewal and change of the business model and financial management model of hospitals.Based on this,this paper conducts an in-depth study of new forms of intelligent auditing of hospital expense reimbursement.the RPA+AI model comes into being,driving hospitals to propose new intelligent auditing methods,updating the current expense reimbursement audit process,and slowly developing towards a standardized direction,integration and processoriented form.these developments can reduce hospital audit costs,improve hospital audit efficiency,and enhance risk warning capabilities.Taking the long-term development perspective of auditing,auditing in recent years has focused more and more on the link of prior warning,and early warning tips to avoid risks have become the main focus of auditing.In this thesis,the current status of expense reimbursement auditing and information technology level of T District Chinese Hospital are investigated and analyzed in the field,and the concept of RPA technology,decision tree C5.0 algorithm,and the theoretical basis of existing research are analyzed and outlined in depth,using T District Chinese Hospital as a case object.In the paper,we sort out various processes and current problems of expense reimbursement business in T-zone Chinese hospitals,as well as the problems and pain points found in expense reimbursement audits,and discuss various technical foundations and difficulties required for audit early warning in the study.Based on the decision tree algorithm,an early warning framework for expense reimbursement auditing in T-zone Chinese hospitals is constructed using the RPA+AI model.On this basis,the current status and problems of the construction of internal audit of hospital expense reimbursement are analyzed,the deficiencies in them are identified,and countermeasures for improvement are proposed.RPA technology is introduced to extract the financial data and business data of T District Chinese Hospital,as well as cleaning and processing the said data,and then the decision tree C5.0algorithm of machine learning is used to construct an intelligent audit early warning model for expense reimbursement.Finally,corresponding implementation suggestions and safeguards are proposed according to the actual situation of T District Chinese Hospital.By conducting a case study on the intelligent audit of expense reimbursement in T District Chinese Hospital,the introduction of the new model of RPA+AI technology is conducive to the timely response of T District Chinese Hospital to the risk classification scheme proposed by the intelligent audit of expense reimbursement early warning program,and the rapid adjustment of response to reduce audit errors and hospital economic losses caused by audit risk outbreak.Enriching and improving the hospital expense reimbursement intelligent audit early warning program and technical system under the RPA+AI model will help hospital auditors to carry out efficient and high-quality audit early warning design in actual daily operations,provide advance warning for the development of expense reimbursement audit work,and help develop a new way of thinking for promoting the development of RPA+AI new technology model intelligent audit in China.
