Objectives:This paper aims to explore the influence of "Internet +" continous nursing intervention on the breastfeeding self-efficacy and breastfeeding of primipara. Methods:The convenience sampling method was used to select 130 primiparas who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from January 2022 to August 2022 for normal delivery. The primiparas were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 65 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric care and routine telephone follow-up after discharge. The experimental group received four stages of "Internet+" continuous nursing intervention after discharge, and used We Chat+door-to-door service or online and offline follow-up of lactation clinic to provide 4-month postpartum breastfeeding guidance and support for primiparous women. The We Chat + door-to-door service/breastfeeding clinic online and offline follow-up method was used to provide postpartum breastfeeding guidance and breastfeeding support for new mothers for 4 months. The two groups of primipara filled in the breast-feeding self-efficacy scale,breast-feeding knowledge questionnaire, and infant feeding attitude scale before intervention(at admission)and after intervention(6 weeks after delivery). At the time of discharge,6 weeks and 4 months after delivery, the Exclusive breastfeeding rate of the two groups of primipara was investigated. The intervention effect was judged by comparing the scores of various scales and the difference of pure breast-feeding rate between the two groups, after the intervention.SPSS26.0 and Excel2016 software are used to collate and analyze the collected data.Results:1.Baseline survey results: The effective subjects were 117 cases,58 cases in the experimental group and 59 cases in the control group. Before the intervention, the relevant data of the two groups of primipara were statistically analyzed, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The two groups of primipara were comparable.2.Comparison of breastfeeding self-efficacy between the two groups of primiparas:After intervention,intra-group comparison, the scores of primiparas in both groups were higher than before intervention, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05);between the groups, the scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparison of breastfeeding knowledge between the two groups of primiparas:After intervention,intra-group comparison, knowledge scores of primiparas in the two groups were higher than before intervention, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),while between the two groups, there was no statistically significant difference in knowledge scores of primiparas(P > 0.05).4.Comparison of exclusive breastfeeding rate between the two groups of primiparas:After intervention,The rate of exclusive breastfeeding in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Comparison of infant feeding attitudes between the two groups of primiparas: After intervention, the experimental group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusions:1."Internet +" continuous nursing intervention can improve the breastfeeding self-efficacy of primipara.2."Internet +" continuous nursing intervention can improve the level of breastfeeding knowledge of primipara.3."Internet +" continuous nursing intervention can improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding. |
