Study On Influencing Factors Of Health Poverty Among The Elderly In Rural Areas From The Perspective Of Health Risk Theory

People’s health has always been the focus of the Party and the country in the new era,and rural areas are also the focus of China’s targeted poverty alleviation policy.With the completion of the poverty alleviation task,China’s poverty alleviation work has entered the stage of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation,and attention on rural poverty has also begun to shift to multidimensional poverty and relative poverty.The research on health poverty of the elderly in rural areas is of great significance to the health poverty alleviation work in the post-poverty era.Since our country entered the aging society at the end of the 20 th century,the aging degree is deepening,and actively dealing with the aging of population has become an important part of the national population development strategy.Paying attention to the health poverty of the rural elderly will help improve the vitality of the elderly and alleviate the pressure of the aging society.Based on the open data of the 2018 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study(CHARLS2018),this paper uses Logistic regression analysis to make an empirical analysis of the factors affecting the occurrence of health poverty among the rural elderly,and deeply explores the influence of various factors on health poverty among the rural elderly,so as to provide reference for future long-term health poverty alleviation work.Help reduce the number of rural elderly in health poverty.Through the research,it is found that: The factors of personal health endowment and individual,social and family levels will have a significant impact on the occurrence of health poverty among the elderly in rural areas.Among them,disability,bad habits,hospitalization frequency and other factors have a significant promoting effect on the occurrence of health poverty.The number of physical examination,self-assessment of health,life satisfaction and social participation can significantly reduce the occurrence of health poverty.Based on this,this paper proposes how to construct the long-term governance mechanism of health poverty for the elderly in rural areas from three aspects.First,we will do a good job in primary health care and give full play to its positive role in improving the health endowment of the elderly in rural areas.The second is to comprehensively improve the disease response ability from the three perspectives of government,market and society,strengthen the leading responsibility of the government,and improve the medical security system.Stimulate market vitality;We will strengthen social participation and introduce social charity to supplement it.The last is to establish health consciousness,improve the rural elderly self-rescue ability.
