| Objective To investigate the incidence of Cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI),and to analyze the relationship between CMBs and its risk factors and short-term prognosis. Methods A total of 126 ACI patients who were hospitalized in Department of Neurolog y of Ningxia medical university general hospital and cardio-cerebrovascular disease hospital f rom July 2021 to September 2022 and underwent susceptibility weighted imaging(SWI)exa mination were continuously collected as the study subjects. The general information, relevant laboratory and imaging indexes of the patients were collected, and the data were analyzed by SPSS26.0 software. The general data, relevant laboratory and imaging indicators of the patien ts were collected and analyzed by SPSS26.0 software.According to SWI,the patients were di vided into two groups: 69 cases with positive cerebral microbleeds(CMBs)and 57 cases with negative cerebral microbleeds(N CMBs).CMBs were divided into no,mild, severe and sever e groups according to the situation of CMBs.The relationship between the related factors of C MBs and the severity of CMBs was further analyzed. The patients were followed up for 3 mo nths and divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to the score o f Modified Rankin Scale(m RS).The relationship between CMBs and its related risk factors a nd short-term prognosis was analyzed.Results1.CMBs were found in 69 of 126 patients(54.76%),and 358 CMBs were detected. The number of CMBs was the most in deep region(179,50.00%),lobar region(114,31.84%)and infratentorial region(65,18.16%);There was a linear trend between the incidence of microbleeds and age and White matter hyperintensity(WMH)grade(P=0.041,P<0.001).There were significant differences in age, hypertension, smoking history, stroke history, antiplatelet drug taking history,WMH,lacunar infarction(LI),neutrophil/lymphocyte ratio(NLR),platelet/lymphocyte ratio(PLR),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),serum creatinine(CREA),homocysteine(HCY)between CMBs positive and negative groups(P<0.05);The results of multi-factor Logistics regression analysis showed that: WMH,CREA and HCY were independent risk factors for CMBs in patients with acute cerebral infarction(P<0.05).2.The levels of NLR,PLR,HCY,CREA,age, hypertension grade, white matter hyperintensity grade were positively correlated with the degree of cerebral microhemorrhage(r >0,P<0.05);The level of HDL-C was negatively correlated with the degree of cerebral microbleeds(r <0,P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in the severity of CMBs,CMBs,WMH,CREA and HCY between the good prognosis group and the poor prognosis group(P<0.05).Conclusion1.The incidence of CMBs in patients with acute cerebral infarction was higher, and it increased with the increase of age and WMH degree;WMH,CREA and HCY were independent risk factors for CMBs in patients with acute cerebral infarction.2.The higher the levels of NLR,PLR,HCY,CREA,age, hypertension grade and WMH grade, the more severe the degree of cerebral microhemorrhage, and the lower the level of HDL-C,the more severe the degree of CMBs.3.There was no significant relationship between the severity of CMBs,CMBs and their related risk factors and the short-term prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction. |
