Objective Middle-aged and elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the kidney function by means of comparison and analysis of various indicators, discusses merge kidney injury incidence and risk factors, effectively prevent kidney function in middle-aged and elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver injury and early treatment, and according to patients’ renal function is a reasonable choice of antiviral drugs, delay the progression and complications. Methods From December 2021 to December 2022,37 patients with confirmed diagnosis of chronic viral hepatitis B and 336 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis were selected as research subjects, and general clinical data and related examinations were collected.According to the renal function indexes, the patients were divided into a total of 75 cases in the renal injury group as the research group, and a total of 231 cases in the non-renal injury group as the control group.SPSS26.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data for statistical description and inference, and the test level α=0.05 was selected. Results This study included in 37 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis B,the incidence of renal injury was 11.0%,306 patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver, the kidney injury incidence was 24.5%,two groups of kidney injury rates compare the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Younger than 45 patients,30 cases of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis of liver and kidney damage rate is 6.7%,older than 45 patients,306 cases of hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis of liver, kidney damage rate is 24.5%,two groups of kidney injury rates compare the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).Patients taking ETV time more than 10 years, the incidence of renal damage was 13.5%,patients taking ETV time less than10 years, the incidence of renal damage was 5.1%,two groups of kidney injury rates compare the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Hypertension,hyperuricemia,seroperitoneum,hypoproteinemia,electrolyte disturbance related to the occurrence of renal damage.Conclusion1.Middle-aged and elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis compared youth hepatitis B patients with cirrhosis, chronic hepatitis B patients are more likely to merge kidney injury.2.Hypertension,hyperuricemia,seroperitoneum,hypoproteinemia are associated with renal injury.3.Middle-aged elderly patients with hepatitis B cirrhosis of the liver taking ETV more than 10 years, can cause kidney damage in the process of treatment.
