Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Migu Capsule On Knee Osteoarthritis With Osteoporosis

Objective: In this study,a double-blind randomized controlled study was conducted to investigate the clinical efficacy of Migu Capsule in the treatment of patients with liver and kidney deficiency arthritis with local knee joint osteoporosis,and to further analyze the correlation between local knee joint osteoporosis and knee arthritis.Methods: Collected from June 1,2020 in shuguang hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine,orthopedics outpatient cases,from osteoarthritis guidelines(2018 edition)diagnostic criteria of liver and kidney deficiency type of local bone mineral density in patients with knee osteoarthritis knee joint reduce the cases of osteoporosis,a total of 64 patients in the income group,they were randomly divided into two groups,There were 32 patients in the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with Migu Capsule orally,while the control group was treated with Migu Capsule similar to placebo in a double-blind design.The two groups were given 1.65g(three pills)orally each time,three times a day,30 minutes after meals,for a 3-month treatment course.Knee bone densitometry and WOMAC assessment were performed before and after treatment.The baseline data,WOMAC score and BMD values before and after enrollment were statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0 analysis software.Results:There was no shedding in the treatment group and the control group.After statistical analysis,there was no statistical significance in age,course of disease,gender,pain site,height and weight,BMI,blood pressure,respiratory rate,heart rate,WOMAC score before enrollment,absolute knee bone mineral density,etc.,between the two groups.The clinical baseline data between the two groups were comparable.After oral Migu Capsule treatment for 3 months,the WOMAC score of the two groups of subjects was statistically analyzed,and it was found that the difference between the scores of the two groups was statistically significant(P=0.000,< 0.05).The improvement of WOMAC score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,and the improvement of symptoms was more obvious.Statistical analysis of the BMD values of the two groups of subjects showed that P=0.000(< 0.05),and the difference in BMD values was statistically significant.Pearson linear correlation analysis of WOMAC score and knee BMD showed that there was no correlation between the two groups before medication(r=0.253 P=0.762).After 3 months of treatment,there was a significant negative correlation between the two(r=-0.531,P=0.002).Conclusion:1.Kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine(Migu capsule)has a good clinical effect on knee osteoarthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney;2.The change value of WOMAC score of patients was closely related to the degree of osteoporosis of knee joint.After treatment with kidney-tonifying Chinese medicine,the WOMAC score of patients was significantly reduced and the BMD score was significantly improved.
