Clinical Study On The Influence Of Qingzhi Huayu Recipe On SdLDL-c And OxLDL Related Indexes In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease And Substandard Cholesterol Level

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the efficacy of Qingzhi Huayu Recipe in treating patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)blood lipids that are not up to standard,to evaluate its effect on sd LDL-c and ox LDL related indicators,and to explore the mechanism of its Qingzhi Huayu Recipe for lowering lipids.In practice,the application of Qingzhi Huayu Decoction in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)whose blood lipids does not reach the standard provides a theoretical basis.Methods: This study adopted a randomized,double-blind,placebo-controlled clinical research method.From June 2019 to December 2020,100 patients with coronary heart disease who were inpatient and outpatient of Shuguang Hospital of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected.It belongs to the combination of phlegm and blood stasis.According to the random number table,it is divided into treatment group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The treatment group is treated with atorvastatin+ Qingzhi Huayu decoction granules,and the control group is treated with atorvastatin.Vastatin + traditional Chinese medicine placebo treatment,the course of treatment is 8weeks,and the follow-up is 12 weeks after treatment to observe the clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome integral,sd LDL-c,ox LDL,blood lipid level,quality of life and safety indicators.Results: 1.The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference between the two was statistically significant.2.The scores of TCM syndromes and Seattle angina quality of life(SAQ)scores were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups,and the improvement was more obvious in the treatment group.3.After 8 weeks of treatment in the treatment group,some laboratory indicators were significantly improved(sd LDL-c,TG,ox LDL,sd LDL-c/LDL-c,CD36).4.No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups;follow-up for 12 weeks,the two groups had cardiovascular disease readmission rates and deaths from cardiovascular disease There was no significant statistical difference in the rate(P>0.05).Conclusion: Qingzhi Huayu Decoction can improve the clinical efficacy of patients with CHD blood lipids not up to standard,relieve clinical symptoms,reduce sd LDL-c,ox LDL and blood lipid levels,improve quality of life,and have good safety.
