| This paper takes the range verb and its syntactic and semantic structure as the research object.According to the three plane grammar, case grammar, valence grammar, cognitive grammar and other theories, using the method of the combination of macro and micro, the combination of front and side,comparison,cross-language,corpus,the system of modern Chinese range verbs is systematically and comprehensively described in terms of lexical to syntactic and deep-to-surface research sequences from the perspectives of semantic features, semantic structure characteristics and syntactic structure characteristics. The paper is divided into three parts as follows:The first part is the introduction.First,it briefly introduces the scope category and its importance.Secondly,it briefly describes the research status of range verbs and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of range verbs. Finally, the range verbs are defined and classified, which is considered to be relational verbs. It is a representation of the relationship of components before and after the verb.It reveals the inclusion and exclusion relationships, which can be divided into inclusion, generalization and exclusion. In addition, the theoretical basis, research methods and sources of corpus are also explained. The second part is the body part, which is divided into five chapters. The first three chapters examine the characteristics of various range verbs and their syntactic and semantic structures, specifically describing the semantic features and stylistic adaptability of verbs, types, tendency and stylistic distribution of semantic structure, types, tendency and styles of syntactic structure and revealing the characteristics and laws of the verb subclass. The fourth chapter is based on the comparison of verb subclasses in modern Chinese, and comprehensively and deeply explores the similarities and differences between the three types in themselves and syntactic and semantic structure. They have some commonalities. The three types of verb belong to the relational verb. The basic components involved are the range and the object. They express the relationship between the range component and the object component.Their role lies in the redefinition of the original range. The types of semantic structure and syntactic structure are similar. The difference mainly are the tendency of semantic structure and syntactic structure, the logical relationship of the sentence and the range of the final definition. The fifth chapter compares range verbs with existential verbs and range verbs in English by case study, revealing its syntactic and semantic features from the side.Through the comparison between "including" and the existential verbs"have" and "exclude" and the fascinating verb "disappear",it is clear that even if there are certain similarities between the range verbs and the existing verbs, they are basically different types of verbs..By comparing the "include" with the English range verb "include",it is found that the two are very similar in semantic and syntactic semantic structure, and there are only subtle differences in the syntactic structure. It reveals that the similarity of thinking and cognitive styles in different languages also shows similarity in syntactic and semantic structure, and the difference of different language grammars leads to different rules of syntactic structure. The third part is the conclusion and appendix. It summarizes the overall content of the thesis, and includes the dictionary definition of the range verbs in the appendix as evidence for the classification and semantic feature analysis. |
