Employment Ability Of College Students In Sports Art College In Beijing

In recent years,with the fiercer social competition,the contradiction between the sharp increase in the number of college students and social needs has become increasingly acute,and college students have to face increasing employment pressure.Compared with basketball,football,volleyball and other popular projects,sports dance has a narrow social audience.Students in the direction of sports dance need to highlight their own characteristics to better achieve their employment expectations.To solve the sharp social problem of sports dance students’employment,the employability of college students is an important part,which requires the joint efforts of students and teachers.By using the methods of literature review,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates undergraduates majoring in sports dance in Beijing Sport University,Capital Institute of Physical Education and Beijing Dance Academy,investigates the employability of undergraduates majoring in sports dance in Beijing Sport and Art Colleges,analyzes and discusses the employability of undergraduates majoring in sports dance and the differences in demographic variables,so as to find out the deficiencies in each dimension of employability of undergraduates majoring in sports dance,and provide some suggestions for the existing problems.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:1.The employability of college students majoring in sports dance is higher than the theoretical median.2.Gender differences in sports dance college students employability dimension scores in addition to collaborative ability dimensions have significant differences,other dimensions have no significant difference.Girls scored higher than boys.3.Senior years of employability of college students majoring in sports dance in different grades in four dimensions of interpersonal relationship,professional identity,collaboration ability and special ability.4.There are significant differences in professional identity,learning ability,cooperation ability and network between sports colleges and art colleges,mainly reflected in professional identity and cooperation ability.Sports colleges scored higher than art colleges in learning ability and network difference dimension.5.The differences among students majoring in sports dance in the three schools are mainly reflected in the significant differences between Capital Institute of Physical Education and Beijing Dance Academy in the dimensions of professional identity,learning ability,collaboration ability,network differences and social support.There are differences between Beijing Sport University and Capital Institute of Physical Education in interpersonal dimension.6.There are significant differences in professional identity and special ability between students majoring in dance performance and students majoring in physical education in Beijing Sport University.7.According to the research results,this study puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,employability includes family,school,students and other aspects,special ability includes school,teachers,students and other aspects of the two parts of the countermeasures.
