Design Of Auxiliary Reading Book Of A Dream In Red Mansions Centered On Tea Culture For Intermediate And Advanced Chinese Learners

Tea culture is one of the outstanding traditional Chinese cultures with distinct Chinese characteristics and cultural connotations.According to statistics,tea is mentioned in more than two hundred places in A Dream in Red Mansions,which involves all aspects of tea culture.This study selected the tea culture in A Dream in Red Mansions,and compiled a cultural auxiliary reader for the tea-related content,so as to help Chinese learners to solve the difficulties in reading the original text and at the same time to learn and experience the Chinese tea culture.This study uses literature analysis method,comparative analysis method and questionnaire survey method to conduct a systematic and theoretical research on the tea culture of A Dream in Red Mansions from the perspectives of teaching Chinese as tea-related contents in A Dream in Red Mansions,relevant teaching contents are designed and divided into four parts:tea art,tea custom,tea ceremony and couplets of tea and poetry and prose.Tea art includes tea,tea water,tea sets,etc.Tea customs mainly use tea to keep healthy and eat away,etc.Tea ceremony includes serving guests with tea and offering sacrifices with tea.Tea and poetry couplets are couplets,poems and couplets related to tea.In order to understand the needs of learners,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey among the readers.According to the results of the questionnaire,the design of the auxiliary reader should take rich and interesting knowledge of the tea culture of A Dream in Red Mansions as the main content,each part of the content step by step,the language difficulty is appropriate,the pictures are exquisite,and the writing principle should be interesting,auxiliary,acceptable and practical.Based on the teaching contents of tea culture,this paper designs a catalogue of supplementary readings,including 16 sections of four topics,and compes a sample reading of the section of "Chinese Wedding’s’Order Tea’".The structure of the book is mainly divided into four parts:"Red Mansion Theater","Red Mansion School","Red Mansion Collection" and "Red Mansion Life".Under it,the teaching contents of"Think" and "Learn"are designed to be-novel and practical.In order to improve the scientificity of the auxiliary reader,this paper adopts the way of teacher interview to make a comprehensive evaluation of the sample,reflect on it,and put forward some suggestions for revision,so as to make the reader more perfect.In this paper,the statistics and classification of all tea-related contents in A Dream in Red Mansions are analyzed,as well as the compilation of supplementary cultural readings of A Dream in Red Mansions centered on tea culture,and some new ideas and new perspectives for the compilation of cultural readings,thus making a small contribution to the dissemination and development of Chinese culture.
