With the popularization of network and the development of digital media,all kinds of electronic products come into our family and life.About 68% of children under 3years old use screen media every day.Nowadays,children are often exposed to the screen and can skillfully operate electronic media.The use of electronic media has become a part of children’s daily life,the impact of electronic media on children can not be ignored.From the perspective of children’s use of electronic media,this study first sorts out the progress and shortcomings of children’s use of electronic media by combing the past literature,then investigates the current situation of children’s use of electronic media and emotional response to screen closing,and then compiles and tests the reliability and validity of children’s emotional response to screen closing,and finally uses a variety of statistical methods to analyze children’s use of electronic media The results are as follows: 1(1)Based on the interviews with 31 parents of children,it is found that 45.2% of children first contact with electronic media at the age of about two,61.3% of parents will make an appointment in advance before children use electronic media,and 19.4%of parents will close it directly when they think it is too long.After children end using electronic media,their emotional state can be classified into explicit emotion,emotional expression and emotional change.(2)The scale consists of 12 items,with three dimensions of explicit emotion,emotional expression and emotional change.The scale has good internal consistency reliability,test-retest reliability,content validity and structural validity.It is in line with the standard of psychometrics and can be used to evaluate children’s emotion after using electronic media It’s a tool for reaction.(3)A survey of 906 3-6-year-old children found that: all the children involved in the survey will use electronic media on school days or weekends.The highest use rate of electronic media is TV(71.1%),mobile phone(44.3%)and tablet(38.3%).The use of leisure and entertainment content and educational content account for 66.4% and57.8% respectively.The average time of using electronic media was 42.33 minutes on school day and 96.81 minutes on weekend.92.8% of parents said that they would accompany their children to use electronic media,and 94% of parents said that they would communicate with their children when they use electronic media.(4)Children’s electronic media use time and emotional response can negatively predict the strengths of children’s mental health and positively predict the difficulties;Children’s e-media use time can not only directly predict children’s mental health,but also indirectly predict children’s mental health through the mediating effect of screen closing emotional response;and parent-child screen watching company have Moderating Effect in the first half of the mediating chain of "e-media use time screen closing emotional response children’s mental health",and the emotional regulation ability is at the back of the mediating chain Half path.
