| Under the background of the transformation of economic development mode and the upgrading of national consumption quality,while the cultural industry goes deep into the public’s vision and infiltrates all aspects of production and life,it is also becoming more and more important in the development of national economy,and gradually occupies the position of pillar industry.During the 13 th Five Year Plan period,the cultural industry delivered excellent development answers with an average annual output growth rate of 13%.Cultural industry is very different from traditional industry,which has significant attributes of knowledge and innovation.This paper takes cultural listed companies and cultural industry agglomeration as the research object and perspective,and expands the relevant research of culture in the field of industrial agglomeration and innovation,which is important for promoting the healthy development of cultural industry Optimizing the regional industrial structure has a certain reference significance.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant research on industrial agglomeration and innovation efficiency.Combined with the phased characteristics of China’s cultural industry development,This paper discusses the influence law of cultural industry agglomeration and enterprise innovation efficiency,makes an exploratory analysis on the bridge role of financing constraints between cultural industry agglomeration and enterprise innovation,and puts forward four relationship hypotheses accordingly,Comprehensively construct the theoretical framework of this paper.Then,taking the panel data of 83 cultural industry listed companies from 2011 to 2019 as an example,the agglomeration degree of cultural industry and the innovation efficiency of target enterprises in the study area are calculated by using DEA Malmquist index and LQ index method respectively,and the agglomeration characteristics of industries and the innovation decomposition efficiency of enterprises are analyzed.Finally,this paper constructs the research model from the perspective of measurement,and uses sys GMM Estimation to make an empirical test and result analysis on the overall impact of cultural industry agglomeration on enterprise innovation efficiency and the intermediary effect of financing constraints.The core conclusions of this paper are as follows: China’s cultural industry agglomeration presents an unbalanced and low-level discovery status as a whole,and the agglomeration and development highland of cultural industry are significantly concentrated in developed coastal cities.The average innovation efficiency of cultural enterprises is 1.064.The overall level is not high,but the trend is good.Among them,the change of scale efficiency has the most significant contribution to innovation efficiency.From the empirical results,within the research range,the influence of cultural industry agglomeration on enterprise innovation efficiency presents a nonlinear positive "U" law,and the threshold of the estimated result is obtained when the agglomeration degree is 1.403;Financing constraints play a significant intermediary role between cultural industry agglomeration and enterprise innovation,which shows that the improvement of cultural industry agglomeration is conducive to slow down the financing constraints of enterprises,and the reduction of financing constraints is conducive to promote the innovation efficiency of cultural enterprises.Finally,it puts forward relevant suggestions from three aspects: differentiated agglomeration and optimizing layout,creating an innovation environment and improving financing constraints. |
