| Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,with the CPC Central Committee maintaining a high-pressure momentum against the persistent disease of corruption,the continuous deepening of the reform of the discipline inspection and supervision system,and the comprehensive coverage of the supervision and restraint of public officials,the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection has put forward the general goal of "three noes" integrity.One of the objectives of not wanting corruption is to require public officials to establish conscious rationality and conscious behavior,and integrity education and training as an effective measure to prevent violations of discipline and law,It has played a certain role in the prevention of corruption.But in the process of implementing the traditional anti-corruption education and training,the problems such as unclear subject of education implementation responsibility,monotonous education form,weak directivity and insufficient effectiveness still exist widely in administrative institutions at all levels.It is urgent to construct a new anti-corruption education and training paradigm,improve the anti-corruption level of educated public officials and promote the construction of a clean government.This study comprehensively evaluates the main performance of each personality trait of the big five personality in the personality trait theory,applies the big five personality theory,reinforcement theory and self realization theory,and studies the current situation and existing problems of clean government education and training of public officials by means of questionnaire survey,case analysis and literature research.By randomly selecting the cases warned by the website of the National Supervision Commission,this paper makes a text analysis of the personality trait types of 112 notifications of public officials who seriously violate discipline and law one by one,and finds out the personality trait tendency of public officials who violate discipline and law.Then through the random questionnaire to the in-service public officials and data analysis,the hypothesis is confirmed.The research content mainly includes six parts.The first chapter introduces the practical background,theoretical and practical significance of this research,and summarizes and reviews the existing literature at home and abroad;The second chapter expounds the relevant concepts of clean government education and training,and introduces the theoretical basis of the application of this research;The third chapter describes the current situation and shortcomings of the current clean government education and training;The fourth chapter makes a text content analysis on the cases of violation of discipline and law;The fifth chapter analyzes the data of the questionnaire;The sixth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve clean government education and training;Finally,make a summary and outlook.This study confirms that public officials with different personality traits have different assumptions about their satisfaction with clean government education and training and their preference for education and training methods,and comes to the conclusion that it is feasible to carry out clean government education and training based on personality traits.To improve the current paradigm of clean government education and training for public officials,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as the concept of clean government education based on the difference of personality traits,quantitative evaluation of the risk of clean government for public officials,bringing the construction of mental health into the overall plan of clean government education and training,improving the professionalism of mental health construction,and improving the methods of clean government education and training to improve the self adjustment ability of public officials.As an important aspect of the construction of the national supervision system,the clean government education of public officials has certain theoretical significance to build an education system to meet the needs of the growth of cadres in the new era,explore the theory of management psychology on how to scientifically carry out education and training,and provide theoretical support for the clean government education and training of public officials.It has certain practical significance to provide useful practical reference for administrative institutions to carry out clean government education and training for public officials and even for enterprise human resources training. |
